Please do not get sucker into doing business with the Sprint representatives here. They will not replace items like the Fenton store. They promise a warranty but did not deliver. I had to go to Fenton. The store representatives just said you are on your own with the producer of the product. It was a disappointing situation since I buy so much stuff from Sprint/​Radio Shack. I recommend going to a regular Sprint store for all things Sprint. Corporate takes better care of you! Meant for Hilcrest!!!

This store is amazing! All 3 reps are very helpful. They are very eager to sale! They helped me leave my old carrier to my new Sprint account! They are very knowledgable and love helping there customers. They do go the whole 9 yards… no 100. Like touchdown yards! They also have daily amazing deals so check em out why not?

I was a little skeptical coming in but I was informed that it was a sprint corporate store. I upgraded my phone and even got a tablet and my bill went down. They are a wiz and building plans. Thank you guys for helping me. Best store ever.

My phone completely died so I decided to get a much better phone this time around and go with an iPhone. I first went to bestbuy and wasn’t very impressed (especially with their customer service). I then stopped into this sprint store to see what they had going on and felt %100 comfortable with my sales rep Jorge that I walked out with a plan and an iPhone. This guy was very knowledgable, answered every question I had (and I had many lol), and just made me feel very confident about my purchase. I will definitely be recommending this spot to everyone I know! Don’t hesitate, stop by and ask for Jorge. Great customer service goes a long way and it is scarce these days.

Daniel is amazing and made it super easy to switch my plan over and set up my new phone. He also was available to help me with any questions I had after I left. Don’t worry, he’ll make sure you get the best deal possible, we tested every phone price to make sure I was getting the best possible deal. Sprints amazing, this store manager is amazing, this new store is ace
