I came into sprint thinking I was going to be treated like just another costumer but they treated myself as if I were family. No troubles and Jorge was focused on giving myself the best deal possible!

In some recent reviews this store is receiving favorable ratings. Was wondering how this could be possible after the cast of clowns I dealt with. But it turns out that apparently the location is under new management with a completely new staff. At the time of my encounter with this location, I actually sent an email to Sprint corporate suggesting if they wanted to save their reputation they should give the staff of this store the boot. Apparently they did that just that. But my experience was so bad I’m still not sure I would go back.

Worst… sprint location.ever. I went to purchase the Nexus 6 in La Mesa and they said it was only available at this location. I drove to national city and arrived at around 10:30am. There were 4 people ahead of me and at around 12pm it was my to be helped… so I thought. I get to the counter and say I want to purchase the phone outright since I’m not due for upgrade yet(pay full retail). The man in forms me they aren’t allowed to sell the phone without an upgrade… I was furious as I had waited there for HOURS and have purchased a phone outright before. They said only a corporate store can sell a phone outright. After explaining I HAVE service with them and just want to replace my current phone with the Nexus they reluctantly did it. I ended up leaving the store at almost 1pm. what a ridiculous store. Don’t ever bother coming to this store. Go to ANY other location except this one.

No damn Stars. when it comes to anything but a good convo. I was there for 5 hours. No compensation for my time. Was sold the wrong charger_went to return it_was told the charger I need wasn’t in stock _so what is it I want?! A store credit? Contacts was lost. Some sales people are very pushy_didn’t see genuine concern for the customer. More concern for the sale than the actual human. Line they give is… you’re a lucky customer. This is the closest Sprint store to my house & I will never go back there again. Training in professionalism and genuine empathy for the customers time and money needs to.happen. #Gave Sprint a bad name
