I am sorry, but this got to be the worst starbucks in town for a flat white coffee. Hopefully other drinks are good? I’ve been here 3 times now and it will be the last. There is a Starbucks in the Target in the same shopping center that(sadly) makes better flat white. If you spent near $ 5 for a venti, it should be perfect.

I was really amazing how the Starbucks is clean. The décor is feel warm and relax. The employee was really nice to me and very friendly:) This is the best Starbuck location after the one in Carlsbad on Palomar airport rd Keep up guys you are doing a great job!

Everyone is so friendly and you get your coffee fast. Never have they gotten my order wrong and I love trying new drinks so I like how they’re honest about their drinks depending on what I like and what I don’t.

They’re really friendly. It’s pretty busy at this one so can be often hard to find an indoor table. Good patio seating. It’s a Starbucks. What else is there to say?

This is my first time in this location. The girls were sweet, but thy took FOREVER to finish drinks. A pretty Asian girl came in and works here, came in and went in the back with her hair down(Healy violation) and started talking to the other employees. One of the girls was talking about how she had strep throat and an ear infection and was still getting over it. Gross!!! I don’t think I’d come to this location again.

Gets busy around lunch time during the work week. But great spot to do some work or for a quick pick-me-up!

They get it spot on perfect everytime! I’ve ordered lots of different holiday lattes this time of year & I like my coffee strong & not super sweet. I let the baristas suggest how to mix it & they do it perfectly. This trip Chellea suggested risstretto shots in my peppermint mocha w/only one pump of syrup & she was right!

I’ve been here 2 times and I’ll never go back a third! They’re very rude… and then my coffee was wrong! When I questioned it the lady got all snotty and snatched the drink from me. She did remake it, but I did wait 10 minutes. I pay 6 $ for a drink, I wasn’t asking for a free drink!!! Just make it correctly

First impression walking in, the place was nice and clean. I can’t help but notice their Christmas blend display towards the front of the line. I came here around 7:45am and the place was bustling. There was a line of 6 people ahead of me, but it moved quickly. When I need a fast acting pick me up, I usually purchase a cold coffee beverage that I can consume quickly. One of the drinks I like from Starbucks is their Iced Caramel Macchiato. It’ll do the job for a couple of hours. If I want to stay up longer, I’ll go get a Vietnamese Ice Coffee from another spot. I received my drink in a timely manner. It was delish… I love the mixed taste of the espresso, vanilla, and milk on ice, topped with sweet buttery caramel. Like all Starbucks they have free WiFi which is great: for long lines, while waiting for your drink, and when you’re enjoying your drink. It’s a typical Starbucks.

Saturday morning around 10:30am.(It’s Halloween Day) I had just got done with an appointment near by, and I wanted to treat myself with a Caffe Latte from Starbucks. When I finally found this location, because google maps was confusing me. I was able to find a parking spot easily, although this locations parking lot is small and busy. WOW! There were 8 people in line, and I was 9th. Holly molly!!! I thought, forget it, another time. But, as I was thinking of leaving I noticed that the employees were working very well together. Two are making coffee drinks, one is at the register, and another is taking the orders and writing on the cups. Nice. It seemed to go smoothly, and I was next in no time. All I had to do was pay for my coffee. I also did not wait long for it to be ready. They were also providing Halloween decals for free for your cup. Kudos! to the team on Saturday morning for making a busy time look effortless and efficient. Not only did you create my Caffe Latte drink perfecty, but you did it with a pleasant smile. Thank you.

This has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I come in and usually you get greeted when you enter Starbucks, not here. So I order my drink, via phone. I do this because Starbucks has a promo that you get double points. The drink is ready and the barista leaves it in the front, which kind of confuses me because anyone can grab it. I tell him I’m taking it, eye rolling me saying fine. I’m not bothered. Okay so I need to use the bathroom. I get up ask for the code and the girl ignores me. The door opens and a guy gets out so I try and go in but the girl barista says o no I’m next. I say that’s fine. Wait then ask again what’s the code. Another barista tells me I’m closing the bathroom. Me being upset at this point, just accepts it. I wait until they are finished cleaning and ask again for the code. Ignored ignored until finally I get it, with attitude I may add. After being here for an hour and a half, I noticed that these people hate their job. Why work there if you hate it so much? If you want bad service come here I guess is what I got from this store. As far as the coffee. I don’t believe they put my added shots which kind of upsets me since I paid another 2 or 3 dollars for. O well.

If you have been to a Starbucks before this Starbucks is exactly like it! The morning employees are really quick and perky thought so it’s a nice Starbucks to stop by in the morning!

Like clockwork: 2 out 3 times my order gets skipped and I have to wait until the 6th person behind me get his order and then maybe, maybe my espresso appears. Sometimes I ask if they forgot me and they don’t even have my cup or it’s in the middle of a circle of 7 cups. It’s a very poorly managed or trained shop, I don’t blame the barista behind the machine.

Always served quickly with friendly smiles! Each Starbucks has its own unique flavor and this one has that locals vibe. It’s not uncommon to run into people you know or to see the same familiar faces behind the counter or sitting at the tables. It could get rather busy during the peak times just like all the other Starbucks so you gotta pick your times wisely. It would be good if the wifi was quicker too. Sometimes it’s a bit slow. Overall it gets high marks.

I normally go to the Clairemont Square Starbucks, so I was really surprised at the attitude I got when I ordered my normal drink at this Starbucks. I asked for a brewed Chai latte and the person taking my order started explaining about how they have or don’t have the Oprah Chai … I couldn’t understand what she was talking about and she seemed so aggravated with me, my friend even noticed. I have since been educated on the whole Oprah Chai connection and was really surprised when I think back to the irritated cashier. She could have used a few more words and explained to me what I obviously didn’t know.

Friendly staff. I have been here several times. Each time the staff seems to be different– probably because I stop by at random times LOL The café is a little smaller than other Starbucks. But still the same coffees and drinks. Notable experience the other day, the barista who took my orders graciously offered to ring the drinks up separately to earn more stars. This impressed me because I do not always think about it until after I leave. Thumbs up for that! Located next to Boston Market and CVS Pharmacy. Parking is ok… more or less so depending on what time of day you stop by.

I had a good visit to this Starbucks. I came in to get some work done and sip on some iced green tea and a munch on a coffee crumb cake. Both the grande ice green tea and crumb cake were great. I had them warm up the coffee cake thoroughly. I told the girl I wanted it pipping hot, and when I broke into it, it was steaming( ). It was very moist with a mild coffee flavor and good cinnamon flavor. I really liked the cinnamon crumble on the outside. It had a little crunch, a much appreciated texture( ). The WiFi worked well and was easy to access and the girls at the counter were nice. They seating inside and outside, but parking can be a pain near the store. My visit went well, I got my work done undisturbed and if you need to use the restroom, you have to ask for a code for the door.

I know this is just a Starbucks but one specific incident led me to write a positive review. I was here for six hours last night studying for my final. The workers here were so nice and even brought my refill to my table! I appreciate those little things. I also left two lecture notebooks there and when I called this morning, they had them safe!!! I’m so glad that they are able to look out for customers that way. I’ll continue to go here even though there are two Starbucks closer to me(La Jolla) because this one isn’t as filled with UCSD students fighting for tables. The only downside is that the bathroom has a code you need to key in… But it’s 365 ;) And the internet is so slow!!! But that’s all!
