Usely I don’t complain about service but I paid for my regular drink and it was a long wait when I was ask what did I order I was told there was no ticket for my drink. However I get my exact change but no drink and I didn’t get a refund for my order. I will be talking to management in the morning. Seriously not happy with this service on this day.

Out of all Starbucks stores, I’m San Diego that I go which is A LOT!!! This one which I should frequent, considering I’m always in the area! I’d the worst in costumer service I had a drink spilled on me(a hot one) plus i had to almost sell my first born to get a splash of milk?! Talk about rude the supervised Demi omg she’s just ready to go not only did she walk past me I watched her do the same thing to someone waiting at the register! A simple have you been help or can someone help them would been awesome. I know the manager of this store and the district manager also so I’ll make sure to spread the word

The only reason they are getting two stars because the convenience it is since it’s by my work. This location is the only one that every time I get a drink it doesn’t taste right. I go to Starbucks all over the county but this one is by far my least favorite. Like I said when I need my fix I go here since it’s close to my job. Other than that I would stay far away from here.

Extremely disappointed with this location. I was craving for starbucks and saw that new Valentine items were available from 8−14th of this month. This was the closest location so me and my SO chose this place. We chose the drive thru as we were feeling a little lazy to get out of the car. I tried to order the new item and was let down as they told me it was not available. However, other locations were already serving the new items. Since the drink of my choice was not available i chose my go-to drink instead which was the very berry hibiscus refresher. The associate that took our order missed an order so we had to reorder once we got to the second window. Once we got the order and started sipping on my drink and i noticed that within a few seconds my drink was already half way empty. It was due to large quantities of of ice. ¾ of my venti cup was ice and ¼ was the actual drink! Never again will i go here. There are other better locations that i can go to.

I’ve been going here for 2 – 3 months, and they have forgotten to make my drink 3 times, so far. Today was the third time. When I had told them that I didn’t get my drink, they said they made it, but i never got it. Either they didn’t use my name when calling it out and someone else took it or they just didn’t make it. I don’t what’s the point of asking for our names if they aren’t going to use it. They tried to blame it on me. Anyways, they made my drink(decaf americano) and it was watery. I know Americanos are make with mostly water, but this was like a cup of water with a splash of coffee. It wasn’t worth my time(or gas) to go back to complain. I most likely won’t be going to this Starbucks anymore.

I keep trying but this Starbucks is now a no go for me. What is so hard about making a peppermint mocha flavored coffee? First time, got charged for a Frappuccino. Second time got some hot mess of a flavor concoction with the coffee filled so much it spilled all over my cup holder on the way back to the house. Today. got overcharged for some powdery ass«coffee» that really tastes like all peppermint, all mocha, all milk. with a dash of coffee. Cold drink in a hot cup. The girl at the window disputed the charge with me and the other tried to school me on options I should ask for in the future. No ma’am its never this complicated at ANY other starbucks and its too early in the morning for you and your employees’ lack of comprehension. Drive through time is a joke as well.

I’ve been here a few times but this is the first time I’ve been disappointed. I asked for a Venti sparkling green tea w/apple and I got a grande in a Venti cup. When I asked if it usually comes this way the Batista said yes and if I wanted he could add more apple juice. Really? The cup isn’t full and I did pay for a Venti size!

This place sucks I have never been in a Starbucks. That is so bad like this one I order 3 drinks for charge for them and the barista give me only one so I m standing there waiting for my rest of drinks five minutes past and he ask me finally are you waiting. For something els? So I say to him yea I order 3 drinks so he continue doing some one els drinks another barista comes he turn over the place to her he don’t do my drinks another 3 – 5 minutes pass he comes and tell me I don’t got charge for the other two drinks wen I did got charge so I tell him they charge me 13+ dollars this drink cost 13+ dollars so he goes back he makes me one more drink I tell him there are two more drinks I am missing not just one so he says yea is because they don’t give me the cups for them this why I don’t make them so by this is already pass another 5 minutes he walk out he never give me the other drink till the girl barista that take over for him ask me are you missing something? By this time I was ready to ask for my refund and walk out that ridiculous place so I say yea I need another drinks so she makes me my drinks finally Total time waiting was 17+ minutes for 3 drinks I don’t get no apologies no we are sorry nothing avoid this place is a Jocke!

This location suckssss. I ordered an iced coffee with just sweetener and they forgot the sweetener. I don’t understand how such a simple drink order gets messed up. And then I asked the barista for cream and she put the tiniest splash of milk in my drink. Since the forgot the sweetener and it was practically a plain black coffee, it was undrinkable and I had to wait to drink it until I could get home and add my own cream. Everytime I come here they mess up my drink order. This time was by far the worst though and I won’t be coming back to this location again. Not to mention there is a lot of shady people hanging out in front of here all the time.

I go to this starbucks once in a while when it’s on my way to somewhere. Most times I have use the drive-thru and I think service is a little slow. I’ve been inside twice. First time it was okay. Second time, I decided to use the bathroom before ordering and both bathrooms are family bathrooms. One was out of order. When I went in, the bathroom was pretty dirty, there was no toilet paper or paper towels the seat was dirty. It was disgusting to say the least. I obviously decided not to use it and was too disgusted to even order a drink. Don’t think I’m coming back to this starbucks. The baristas use those same bathrooms.

I like to stop by this Starbucks when I’m heading towards the 805 freeway, which is not so often. I stopped by today and placed a mobile order. I walked in and was pleasantly surprised by the remodeled interior. The work space for the baristas seem a lot bigger and the area alongside the bar/pick up looks wider and cleaner. Everything inside is new and updated. I like it! Anyway, I went to the bar and my drink was ready. My drink tasted great and the service is awesome!

Absolutely LOVE coming to this Starbucks location in the AM! I know this area has a bad rep, but inside Its 5 Star!!! Cleanness & staff that goes above & beyond. Very attentive. Staff greets you by name.

Starbucks has really good coffee(Lattes, cappuccinos, etc) and an assortment of teas something for everyone, regular or decaf, short, tall or grande. The Americano is one of my favorites it’s a strong rich coffee flavor but you can add a shot of vanilla or hazelnut(and various other syrups) to perk up the flavor. The store is set up to be comfortable, and relaxing for the customers, with indoor and outdoor seating. This is a perfect spot to meet with friends and small gatherings. Along with your coffee/teas there are muffins, cones, breakfast sandwiches and other pastries to enjoy.

Worst service ever! I waited 15 minutes at the drive through for an iced coffee and hot mocha. First, I noticed that they gave my iced coffee to the car in front of me. The person already put a straw in it before handing it back to the cashier. I noticed them arguing about the order and after a few longgg minutes they finally got the order correct. When I pulled up, the cashier handed me my drink,(and remember she accidentally gave it to the car infront of me). the straw was out, but you can still see where the straw was through the whip cream. I asked for a new drink but she kept on insisting it hasn’t been touched. After she handed me my mocha I made sure my husband took a sip before I drove off just in case it was the wrong drink. He took a sip and told her it tasted like watered down hot chocolate. Instead of apologizing she got an attitude and explained to us what a hot mocha was. My husband said he understood, but he orders a mocha all the time so he definitely knows what it’s suppose to taste like! I took a sip and I nearly spit it out. It definitely was just hot water with a splash of mocha flavoring. She still argued with us. After smacking her lips she finally said«give it to me» and stuck her arms into our car window. after that attitude I wouldn’t trust her making our drinks again! We said no thanks, threw the drinks outside our car window and took off. what a waste of $ 8! Not only do they need training on customer service here, but they need better training on how to make the drinks correctly

Dear Starbucks barista, I don’t understand how in the world you can mess up a tall hot white mocha, but somehow you did. You add espresso, not hot water. I should have sent it back but I was working at the time and didn’t have time to wait another 10– mins. To add: the employee Anna did an outstanding job of offering great customer service and asked if I needed any thing(I had been waiting for my breakfast sandwich to be placed on the food bar) and i told her. She immediately went into action and did someone else’s job — she notified me and told me that it would be just another minute. I was very impressed with her. She definitely needs a promotion and a raise. The drink is what got the two stars. So glad i don’t live in this area. Their drinks suuuuck!
