Place is always very busy but most of the staff is generally having a good attitude. There is maybe one exception to the friendly staff. I still like going there because of their big tables to sit and use your laptop or enjoy a drink.

Who doesn’t love coffee, great place and always fast with the mobile orders on pickup.

The customer service at this particular Starbucks is AWFUL! They aren’t willing to make the customer happy — even when Corporate tells them to their face that they are flat out WRONG on their store’s policies. Not to mention that the manager LIED to Corporate about what I’d wanted in the first place! I’ve been a gold card member for over 5 years and this is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited. Never again!

Drinking white chocolate mocha right now. Wifi not working properly. I asked one of the barista on what’s wrong with their online connectivity and she answered me with this, «Honestly, I don’t even know. It’s been like that for the past week.» I’m like thinking to myself «Geez! If you already know it has been like this and been a problem for almost a week already; then the staff should have done something about it. Tsk, tsk… That’s bad for their business also esp them representing the company. Yikes!

Goodness, this place draws some interesting characters. On my visit, the barista called my order and — kid you not — the guy seated next to me asked me to get him a straw when I went up for my order.
Hadn’t met the guy.
Didn’t know the guy.
Weird.
This location has a beautiful sunset-​facing patio, which is just lovely if you want to bring your pet and catch some sun.
That makes for a bright work space after about 4:30. Sure, they have the window shades, but they don’t cut out enough of the light.
Also, the orientation of the space is strange. Lots of empty space, which could benefit from more tables. There is one large community tables and seats along the wall that are somewhat like bar seating. Then a few extra smaller tables on the other end. It doesn’t seem to get too too busy, so you shouldn’t be hard pressed for a spot. People come and go pretty quickly.
And plenty of power outlets — which is a boon.
Less than two miles from the beach, too. And surrounded by tons of food and shopping.

This is one of the closest Starbucks to where I live so I come often. The staff is so nice and friendly, and there is tons of places to sit. Basically the same as all other Starbucks

The people are always so nice. They always remember Sara’s name and if there’s no chips out on display. They go to the back and check for Sara’s chips. This really makes my daughter feel special. Thank you, for making our Starbucks time such a nice family moment.

This is the last time I visit your location. I come here on a regular basis and the last few times my order has been wrong! I am lactose intolerant and they use regular milk and I asked for four shots and only was given 3! I noticed once I was at work when I looked at the notes on the cup. I mean they charge extra for soy and for the extra shots. But she still wrote the original recipe on it. I let Roland know but he just dismissed it like «Oh, no big deal.» Didn’t even offer to give me the extra shot and soy milk at no extra charge this time. The Barista Danny was very nice though. But Roland’s customer service sure needs to be polished.

I don’t know were to start they are very rude they act like they own the place they charge you for creamer they charge you for regular coffee and make you wait to brew a new one and this is the closest one to my shop that’s why I go there spend a lot if my here to get this kind of service will thank you all

This is my daily stop!
Every morning before work, I stop to get my (plain) coffee. Yea there is a cheaper place across the street, but who knows how long that’s been sitting there and who all touches it!
But it’s always nice to see the morning girls. They get to know the regulars and they always have a smile on their faces. (And my favorite reason) When I walk up to order, my drink waiting… How awesome is that?! Keep up the great work girls!

I came in for a caramel machiatto fix when I was in the area to get caffeinated for moving some furniture. The line was pretty long for it being midday but it moved swiftly.
Ty was working as the cashier and was super friendly, funny, and jovial. He honestly made my day. I came up to order and before I finished saying «upside down» he guessed it and made a little joke. His energy and enthusiasm rubbed off on me and made my day a whole lot better. I was stressed with a move and after just a brief interaction like that with him I was feeling so much better.
It was quite a turnaround from previous experiences at other Starbucks. I would drive out of my way and come to this location again just because of the excellent service here.
Drink was on point as well. Highly recommended this Starbucks location.

This Starbucks does not have a drive thru and a hassle to get in and out of that shopping center. However, they have plenty of parking space and the store is always clean and baristas are friendly.
My toffee nut latte always comes out perfectly. So, I’m giving them a 4 star.

This is my studying place. I absolutely love it. Great customer service & I always like to get my drinks made by daniel. He always makes them perfect. and Ty i love his sense of humor and way of treating customers. Collin very nice guy very professional. But this guy named roland is sometimes very rude. Rather wait to have someone else take my order.

This Starbucks is a «test» Starbucks so they get new types of drinks the corporate is trying to see if they want to make a reality. How cool is that ?
They are now testing some sparkling teas. The cool thing is that if you are brave enough to try the new flavors you can be apart of deciding the future of Starbucks variety.
The downside is you may not like the drink since it’s not a classic. Still you get to try new and exciting things which I love.
If you love Starbucks you definitely should come here and be apart of Starbucks history in the making.
PS. All the baristas are so friendly and helpful! I asked the girl taking my order a question about products from the years past and she was so nice, but because she hadn’t been here the previous year another barista chimed in and gave me more information. Soon I was having a good conversation with all three baristas while at the same time they managed to take my order and make others drinks just as quickly ! They are very talented, fast and helpful!
My review of the current test drink:
Today I tried the pineapple sparkling tea with juice pearls.
I’ve had these juice pearls in my boba before at teatime.
I have to say I wasn’t a huge fan. The sparkling pineapple tea had a very light taste that to me needed more flavor. Also the juice pearls were made small enough to fit through the regular Starbucks cups, which is a great money saving idea on their part and keeps things simple. However, I think I prefer the bigger versions because they are easier to pop and contain more juice .
Definitely a creative idea though and I salute Starbucks for thinking outside the box.
I did however, really enjoy the sparkling passion tea with pineapple juice drink. That had tea and a lot of flavor while being light and refreshing. Maybe all this pineapple one needs is more juice in addition to juice pearls for a substantial flavor.

I rarely come to this Starbucks, not because I don’t enjoy their coffee, but because of its location. Parking can be difficult and even getting in and out of the shopping center can be a mess.
I needed something cold, sweet, and enough caffeine to wake me up on this hot and humid day. I glittered with perspiration, as I reached the counter. Patricia recommended a Caramel Frappuccino with two extra shots of espresso. They were out of Carmel Ribbon Frappuccino, as is all other Starbucks, because it was only seasonal. She recommended an iced blended coffee over regular iced coffee because adding extra shots to the latter tends to get watery quickly. Good suggestion.
There is a display of new packaged product offerings that they are testing out — All Natural Gluten Free Turkey Jerky, flavored pitted olives, Apricot Green Tea and Blackberry Hibiscus flavored gummy bears, Coconut Lime and Birthday Cake flavored gum, and Moon Cheese. The Moon Cheese claimed to be ‘the perfect healthy snack with no refrigeration required. One of the associates mentioned that it’s more flavorful then one might think. As it was a promo item, she expected it to be on the shelves only until September 7^th.
I’m a Starbucks Gold Rewards Member, which makes me eligible for free refills on brewed or iced coffee or tea beverages of the same size. I also have the Starbucks app on my iPhone, which alerts me when I’ve been awarded or rewarded a free drink, free food, or Birthday item and the app also shows my order and redemption history. I like the convenience of scanning my purchases to pay, using my Starbucks app. It eliminates the need for me to grab loose change from my purse. I have yet to use the Mobile Order & Pay option, but plan to use it soon, as I’m always in a rush to get here and there and can’t stand lines.
I’m giving this location 3 stars for now because there’s room for improvement. The attitude of its staff members isn’t consistently friendly throughout its staff on a given day, as it should be. Also, the inside is often crowded and unwelcoming to me and the outside patio isn’t always kept clean, so I prefer to take my order out to consume elsewhere.

This isn’t my usual Starbucks, but lately i’ve been in the area more. I must say, the baristas that I have encountered are awesome! Not only are they friendly, but they get it right every time and are QUICK. I was in here just yesterday and there was a long line, I thought I might have to wait a bit… Nope, I was in and out with my drinks just as everyone else.
If you’re in the area and are craving a frap, iced coffee or banana bread, stop by :)

First of all I got wrong drink and I was ignored when I mentioned it was wrong. Then I had bought a sandwich which they had warm up and they took 10 minutes to throw in the oven because they were «busy»
I do not appreciate the attitude of Roland when I asked about my order.

I love coming here because it Starbucks and you know the drinks will always be delicious! I love to escape here once in a while and bring my laptop, come in with my brother and catch up. It’s spacious and there are plenty of seats.

Went to grab a toffee nut frap which is my favorite drink. The drink is not too sweet and has some caffeine in it. The texture is smooth and delicious. I must say that I love the drinks at Starbucks. They also sell some pastries, breakfast sandwiches, etc. This location is the closest one to home.
It’s clean and has lots of tables inside and outside. People come here to study or just hang out with friends. The line can get long, but it goes by quickly. I didn’t wait to long for my drink.
There is parking in front. Every once in awhile my co-​workers would do a Starbucks run and this is the location they go to. Drinks are consistent. As long as I get my caffeine fix, I’m happy. I’m still pretty bummed out that they no longer make the pumpkin spice frap. Maybe next year they will come back with that drink. It’s a seasonal drink.
I will be back. I love my Starbucks!
