I love Starbucks but sometimes the staff or experience can ruin a good flow… Not the case here! Ginger has helped me multiple times at this location she is always super nice and friendly! Great customer service! And the drinks talk about a great coffee drink! I wish there was a drive thru but I guess you can’t have it all! Enjoy!

Great Starbucks! I come in before 6am every morning and my coffee is already set out for me before I come through the door! Jenna is the morning worker and awesome!

Consistently great. Nice staff and location if you need gas, carwash, dry-cleaning, deli, or Chipotle nearby. Jenna rocks!

I love this Starbucks, it’s kinda hidden and tricky to find it because of its location under the main road and next to the 56 freeway.

Great location only because it is so easy to park here. Off the beaten path but a great place to hold a meeting. Not too loud, plenty of space and even a lot of outdoor space. Service great as usually associated with Starbucks.

I frequently come to this Starbucks location, and lately it’s during the afternoon so no crazy long line and the service is on point. I get excited when my favorite barista is there making my customized drink, because he always gets it right! Also he was speedy and easygoing when me and my coworker placed a large order for our other coworkers one time which was cool. The cashiers are chipper, the inside has plenty of seating area, and I like the lush and comfortable seating in the back patio outside. I also love their $ 2 seasonal reusable tumblers they get in which is a pretty good deal. Come sip and sit outside to enjoy the pleasant SD weather at this Carmel Valley location! :)

They are super effective and if the line is long they always have 2 on bar! Meg, Stephen, Chris, James, Ashley, Julia, Emerson, & maddie are my favorites

Pretty nice but really slow! Even mobile orders take way longer than necessary. But hey if you have the time it’s a nice peaceful environment.

I like this Starbucks, but I just wish there was more room to meet with friends. Every time I come here it’s been really hot and difficult to meet with people because everything is always taken. I’m really surprised that this Starbucks has a clean bathroom. Most of the other ones are gross, but this gets my vote. They are able to separate the men and women which does make a difference. The staff here don’t really socialize much with their customers or at least with me so that’s a little bit of a bummer.

Usually don’t drink coffee but they have good iced teas and other refreshing drinks like ginger ale. This wasn’t too sweet and was quite refreshing. They also have some pretty good desserts like scones and Coffee cake that I like. Have not seen the low fat berry coffee cake lately though which is my favorite.

Horrible service-there were about 8 people in line with the line at a stand still and a new shift member standing next to the refrigerator tucking in her shirt and apron. When the line grew to 10, someone thought to take our orders ahead of time yet a simple Pike with syrup wasn’t complete by the time you reached the counter. The allusion that the line is now moving does not help customers when their main purpose for waiting in line is to get their coffee. It actually made it more confusing because I normally get my coffee as I pay. Dealing with crowds should be a requirement of all Starbuck’s. I’m glad this isn’t my local store.

Coolest baristas here(props to Steven and Chris in particular). Sis and I come here a lot as it’s a convenient location(located off the fwy and near a gas station). Plus there’s Chipotle right next door(you’ll see a lot of people eating a burrito inside this Starbucks siphoning SB’s free google wifi). Couple tips: — wifi can be sketch here so if you ever see iMessage not working or your outbox stuck on your iphone, turn off the wifi feature and use the LTE feature on phone as the wifi here can get bogged down — only one bathroom stall per gender(but there’s the Chipotle restroom next door) — parking can be tedious during lunch hour — if you have gold SB card remember you get a free refill(same day as purchase) for your drip coffee/ice tea/ice coffee

I’ve been to this location a few times and have experienced a speedy and efficient check out, which I fancy. This is also the first location where I was introduced to the lovely Blackberry Mojito Tea Lemonade. A standard has been set! Now, normally I don’t sweat reviewing chains unless the experience was time worthy. Twas. My most recent visit this morning prompted me to push it to the top of the list of places to review” list. My mom ordered a frapp by mistake thinking she was ordering a hot drink and the barista was extremely attentive when she overheard my mom telling me of her error. She offered multiple times to mix her a new drink at no charge. Considering the line was ultra long and the mistake wasn’t theirs, we declined but still I thought it was pretty cool gesture. Getting out of your car may be difficult as parking is tight here and shared with others in the plaza, but the staff is great and there’s plenty of indoor & outdoor seating. Much larger than other locations. I appreciate Starbucks(and anyone) who is kind to my mother. We’ll be back :-) Moral of the story. Nosiness can sometimes get you far. I joke…

This Starbucks is awesome! It has a perfect location and their service is always prompt and friendly. I’m a tea drinker, not coffee, so Starbucks now serving teavana is a great thing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to people in a hurry or looking for convenience.

Lines are always long… but a great indicator that there is some skill here. Besides brushing my pointy elbow by the impulse items and spilling a tube of what seemed to be chocolate BALLS… I love saying balls… everywhere the chocolate balls went… I got my last PSL for the season… Service was fast and to the point. The highlight for me this morning was that there was the cutest little boy dressed up for school as a starbucks coffee with foam. I have posted picture!!!

back again when I am in the area and this store seriously can not be beat. The baristas were super friendly. Some of them even remember me even though it’s been years. Jenn Perry, the store manager, was super sweet. You can tell she definitely cares about her customers. Keep up the great work Jenn!

Guess it’s time to give these folks an update I frequent this store because the folks who work here always treat me like family. This is my go-to Starbucks because the service is always better than any other store The lines are long, and the parking lot can be touch and go. But that’s the little stuff. You will move through the line rapidly and always get a smile. Thanks Chris, Alicia, Steven, Bree, Tyler, and all the other peeps who make my morning better. You guys rock!
