Loan Officers are a dime a dozen, but Loan Officers who truly care about helping their clients understand the process of qualifying for a loan and advising them of steps they should take (or not take) to ensure their qualification for financing or re-​financing are not as common as you would expect.
I’m a real estate sales professional and I confidently refer clients to Steve for purchases and re-​finances. More than once, Steve has saved the day by finding solutions to challenges that have popped up during the process – challenges that could have cost my clients their purchase.

We have so many positive things to say about Steve. Steve will go above and beyond the call of duty to make you feel comfortable about the process. He explains every single term in detail, is very organized, responds very quickly, and does not assume you know anything (which is perfect for anyone outside of real estate).
Full disclosure, we did not use MDC for our loan, but only because the seller ultimately gave us a slightly lower rate for using their lender. However, we did initially sign loan documents with MDC. Steve was so honest and professional, that he helped us understand why the other company was a better deal. His reputation as an honest loan officer was more important. A+ experience for an A+ professional. Bravo, Steve.
