Subway

Service could be a lot better. The person kept making little mistakes on my sandwich. It wasn’t that busy and it looked like she had a lot on her mind. Definitely got the feel that the people here don’t want to be here. It looks like with the other reviews I saw on this place, if you’re coming here it’s not for quality service but a sandwich. Don’t get your hopes too high.

Just came back from working out on this hot day with my girlfriend. We were both craving something cold definitely nothing hot. When we arrived I was expecting them to be friendly but that didn’t happen. Also the employee asked if he wanted to take our food to go to go or not. He asked us twice. Plus I asked how much was for a drink and he never answered my question. Disappointed I’ve been to other subways.

I asked how long their tuna had been sitting out because it looked strange. No one behind the counter could answer the question. That’s nasty… No thanks

Food is actually really good and presentable but customer service could be a little better sometimes it feels as if there employees are not to happy to be at work and just there facial reactions show it and there very short they dont really try to conversate with there customers, besides that the sandwiches are delicious.

The staff here, all except for one, was unprofessional, sloppy, and negligent of the customers. It took an incredibly long time to get our food and the confusion behind the counter was daunting! Only good thing was that our subs turned out good… Horrible customer service, all except for one of them whom actually cared.

I had terrible customer service from Alex. not once did he make eye contact with me or smile. If you really hate your job, leave.
Bumping the review to 2 stars because Wendy was nice, friendly and courteous when I purchased a bag of chips.
Oh, and the restroom is disgusting. right when you open the door, you inhale the stench of urine. It smells exactly like a Porta Potty. there’s no mirror, and there’s graffiti everywhere.

I will be forthright; I usually hate going to Subway. As a veggie they have boring sammy’s that leave me thinking «If I wanted a mediocre salad atop bread I would have done better making it myself and I wouldn’t reek of Subway funk.» When I was a kid I was gaga for meatball sammy’s so go figure.
After doing some shopping me, BCBP, and my Poultry Crew decided to stop in for a snack. I pushed for the visit a bit because I had seen an add about their new flatbread Pizzas (they have some lame name I am above typing).
I got the cheese which came out really fast. The crust was underdone and just meh, the cheese was ample but no zing, and the sauce reminded me of the sauce that comes in those kid lunch packs my mom would never buy me.
I wasn’t expecting much, I didn’t get much. And at 2 for $ 5 I wasn’t out much for giving these a try. In all I would leave these to the kids or as a next to last resort.
I will say this location was sorta slow but the service was good in that they lady was nice and tried hard to do well. It is on the smaller side.

Not your fancy smancy place for sandwiches but it gets the job done. Workers are nice, and if you pre-​order online you get a free cookie upon picking up your meal. So it’s not so shabby.

Went to Subway to try their new Philly Cheese Steak, It was pretty good even though there is still only three pieces of cheese. And for the Love of God can you please either fix your bathrooms or post a sign that says NO PUBLIC BATHROOMS. Every time I come here I see that out of order sign on the door. Also please stop looking at me crazy because I want you to put the mayo and mustard on the bread like old school days and not just randomly squirted onto the sandwich. The lady who assisted me was very nice and did not even complain when I asked her to change her gloves after restocking their condiments with the old gloves on. OCD but so what I wanted clean cloves. My man ordered the BMT and I ordered another half of a tuna with avacado for later on.

I’ve never had a problem at this Subway. Well, I really can’t complain about Subways. It’s kind of hard for them to mess up, especially when I tell them exactly what I want and how I want it. Workers are friendly, sometimes they’re socializing but as long as the service is still fast and efficient, I don’t really mind.

Usually fast and always stocked and fresh. very friendly people and my visits have been fast, fresh and friendly.

Pretty sure i got sick from the grilled chicken breast sandwich here one time…

I like this Subway because it’s like walking into the Jerry Springer meets Maury show up in here. This Subway is off the 805s Imperial exit in the marketplace shopping plaza which is like Walmart on crack.
As for the food, the sandwiches are prepared to your liking in a few minutes right in front of you and they have plenty of condiments to make your sub taste delicious.
The place is pretty clean except for the restroom, not so much. Customer service has been good the various times I’d been here so at least they have that going for them.

What can I say, what has not been said about Subway’s?
Personally, I want to take the time to apologize, for my last reviews, I was looking back and thought to myself; «Dude, since you are in SD, your getting really monotone; Lolita’s, Starbucks and Subway’s. Dude get a live and please try something new tomorrow!»
I promise to change, tomorrow.
