Decent experience. I purchased sunglasses from a different store last week, to replace a pair I thought I had lost. I ended up finding the old ones, so I went to return these, as both the printed receipt and website say you have 90 days for a full refund. The guy working was nice, but refused to refund me — instead he gave me a gift card, which is useless to me so I didn’t want them. Tried to ask about why it says on the receipt he’d refund me, and he just said something about how the policy changed a few months back. Went home, did some more research, and ended up calling Sunglass Hut Customer Care just to confirm what he had told me. They informed me that yes, I should have received a refund, so now I have to drive all the way back and try again, and if he denies me again, I have to tell him to call corporate. Nice enough guy, and hopefully he just didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t lie to me on purpose, but who knows. I probably wouldn’t go back to this location.

For some reason they can get my sunglasses so much cleaner than I am able to…

I went to the store, right by Nordstrom. The service was outstanding, not any pressure to buy anything at all. They were very helpful and not pushy or always looking over your shoulder. I will go back to this store when I need more sunglasses.

PRIORTOSUNGLASSHUT— I CONFESSTHATMYSUNGLASSESWERE A BUNCHOFBEATUPOUTOFSTYLECRAP.(Swap meet knock offs, out of date styles, and a style mistake or two) You know, you lose em and you don’t even care. Well, I’m now a convert to really nice well-chosen name brand sunglasses – because– I got terrific personal assistance at this particular Sunglass Hut!!!’(next to Nordies) So now I feel waaaay cool in my new Wayfarers!!! Thank you soo much to Lynette and Tasha for making my shopping experience all that I hoped it would be. Lynette was able to help me create a personal sunglass«wardrobe.» What’s a sunglass wardrobe you ask? Well, I’m going to Lahaina, Hawaii, and I knew my cheapo junky shades had to stay home. Here’s how I remade my look — - 1. The red Rayban wayfarers for a sporty look. Goes well with beach colors, summer whites, denim, etc.(SPORTY) 2. Oakley polarized shades– an absolute necessity for beach and poolside.(MAJOREYEPROTECTION) 3. Sunglasses as a jewelry accessory. This really works to glam up a look— (I’m not telling [admitting] what I did here. Hint-. D&G? Prada? Heh heh)(GLAM) I’m now actually owning some of what everybody else wears every day. Thanks to you Tasha for recognizing me as a loyal local. And you Lynette for helping me make wise selections.(and for being so patient– I didn’t rush)

The young lady working at this kiosk offers a very good customer service. I was not expecting great quality in here, so I always pass this booth while searching for glasses, but my friend was in a frantic search against getting the retinas damaged by the sun, so sun-glasses searching was in order on Saturday morning. We did not find the prices cheap enough(most of the brand names had starting prices of $ 150) but they have many different models and brands and there is no sales pressure. I will come back again if they have something in the desired price range.
