very professional great service quick clean friendly i would recommend this oil change station to anyone in a hurry very thorough in accommodating all my oil changing needs

On a busy street they stand outside texting or playing on their phones with the 19.99 oil change sign by their feet. Wary of places like this but 350 miles away from home and in a hurry I decided to pull in and see what they have to offer. First was the up sell, «high mileage right?» So now the price goes from 19.99 to $ 69. «Air filter needs replacing. I’ll take $ 10 off so it’ll come to $ 29.» I do all of the work on my vehicles at home but being that I’m working in the area and my garage isn’t accessible, I have a no choice but to choose a sketchy little shop, of many, and hope none of them over tighten or forget completely. I don’t recommend.

Asked for the $ 19.99 oil change special and they charged me $ 40 AFTER I specifically told them I DID NOT WANT synthetic oil in my car! Ripping me off twenty bucks is not worth the word of mouth for being a shady business!

Great work, fast service, very knowledgeable staff. They had no problem working on my BMW, I would definitely recommend.

So rude staff!
I went to the store for changing the battery.
The guy gave me the price as a $ 229 and said that it is gonna be $ 139 for me .
They have a list and the price shows up $ 129.
They said the battery is gonna be ready in the store about 10 – 15 mins, i waited 1 hour and tguy’s attitude was so rude when he brought the battery
He didn’t say even sorry and didn’t listen my question.
His name is Danny and there is one more guy .
They don’t know how to order communication with the clients and they argue with you when you explain your problem.
They speak spanish between them so there is no way to understand what they are talking about
That is why the store is always empty!
Never ever come here!!!

Honestly, awesome service. Took my spouses car and they did a great job. Asked me for a free inspection and gladly accepted the offer. Quick and fast service and they were very professional in manners. If you need a quick oil change by all means this is the place to go to. Overall short review. But this place speaks for itself for a simple oil change that is.

I’ve been getting my standard oil changes done here for the past two years or so. They’re fast since you just pull up to one of the bays and the oil changes are done underneath at the lower level. Service has always been friendly.
If you’re wary of auto service places trying to up– sell, than perhaps this is not the place for you. Every single time I’ve gone in, they’re always trying to get me to go with the synthetic oil change or other services. It doesn’t really bother me since 90% of the time I politely decline although I have taken them upon some of their suggestions for standard upkeep.
One odd thing I did have to mention is a good amount of their more recent positive reviews look a bit shady. A bunch of 5 star reviews with no profile pic and only 1 – 2 prior other business reviewed? You do the math…

Highly recommend. Did a great job. See Jr, he will let you know exactly what you need.

Love this place! They’re thorough & fast! David, one of the auto-​techs, made sure I saw for myself what I needed & didn’t treat me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. As an Army Vet, I can always appreciate respect! I recommend this place to anyone & will definitely make a habit of coming here for service!

This location is one of the worst places to have your vehicle repaired I had a brake job done there I had to return 3 times. they were unable to fix it they sent me to a second location. They were unable to fix it. I had to take it to a whole separate company. who has fixed it without any more problems. the district manager put me through hoops trying to get any refunds or any satisfaction after 5 months I file small claims actions

Carlos is the best! He took the time to show me everything my car needs and why. He even showed me exactly where the oil leaks are coming from. He made me aware of things I’ll need to fix in the future, but didn’t try to tack on a bunch of unnecessary work. He even fixed my battery support connections for free! Extremely genuine fella and staff. I’ve definitely found «my» oil change place :) Hooray Carlos!

Came here after not being able to get into my usual oil change spot across the street. I can say with confidence that this place has my business from now on! Carlos and Pedro were very knowledgeable and helpful, and I never felt like I was being upsold or lied to like I have at so many other places. They did a very fast and wonderful job on both mine and my husbands cars, and were very honest about the priorities of the recommended services. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

I have been here in the past and didn’t like coming back. Today its a totally new experience. They brought in an assistant manager from another location and he is amazing. James Flowers has restored my faith in this spot. He didn’t try to over sell me on anything. Just GREAT! Not to mention he sent me with all the info I need about my car.

These guys are great I was in and out fast that I could enjoy the day, they spoke well let me know any answer to my question and we’re open to any suggestion I had. Definitely a 5 star business. I drive from culver city, ca to this shop just to get my oil changed. I found a home for my Prius.

Went here yesterday, as well as the previous time we had our oil changed. Prepare to be lured in by the $ 19.99 oil change, only for it to be spoken of as only slightly better for your car’s maintenance than just opening up the oil cap and dumping in gravel and Windex.
Our oil was subsequently changed at a leisurely pace, which gave the technician several opportunities to attempt to upsell us on everything under the sun.
Anyway, we stuck to the basic oil change and passed on all the «recommended services,» without which our car still miraculously left the lot and drove home, smoothly as ever. We have had no problems either time from getting the basic oil change. Perhaps this is the last thing the technicians would want to hear…
Good performance, slow service, annoying up selling. Three stars.

Do not be scared away by the negative reviews, most were posted before location changed ownership.
The service was friendly and very fast, in and out under 20 minutes, and price for the oil change was as advertised. They showed me my air filters and recommended that they be changed but i turned them down and it was no problem. For the people who are «so off put» by them «trying to up sell me on everything so i end up spending a grand on the service» need to take a chill pill or go back home to live with mommy and daddy or something. If you don’t want it, its ok to say no, its not a reason to give a place one star just because of it. Oh and by the way people, it is a good idea to change your filters every now and them, not just purely a scam. I will definitely be back in the future.
P. S. to the guy that gave them one star because they made him drive his car into the dock himself and he was afraid of crashing into the pit below… yeah you are obviously a huge loser and should rip up your man card right now. lol
