I’ve been to numerous T-Mobile stores and kiosks over the years, never particularly impressed and usually more like put off by the Attitude of the young whippersnappers who, in their attempt to be SuperCool, think snobbish alienating behavior is de rigeur. So with some trepidation, I ventured into the Mission Gorge T-Mobile store with my concern in hand. I’d just bought a Galaxy Note 4 and needed to wrest my contacts out of the clutches of my ancient Nokia X2 and deposit them into my new beyondaphone. Enter Armando of the wide shoulders and upright moral fiber. He’d be a good Star Trek fleet commander. What a considerate, smart, determined guy, and lucky me that he was gainfully employed that evening. An hour later, with the help of a new 8 mb memory card, success! Fie, hex, Microsoft cronie. Take that! Pow! You are no match for my gallant T-knight. He also helped me teeter through the first moments of use, without the slighest tinge of ridicule. A good word as well for Matthew, who helped out and was also Bad Attitude-Free. He applied the screen protector I bought along with the SD card. No bubbles! Thanks, guys, a great experience, and I will be back with my 20 pages of questions.(haha)

I honestly walked in on a whim to see what T-Mobile had to offer since I had seen so many tv ads. The manager greeted me and we had a 20 minute conversation on their products and what T-Mobile can offer. I ended up choosing an iPhone and they helped me every step of the way. After a week my phone was defective and I came back to the store to exchange it for a new one. I then decided I’d rather have a galaxy note and they helped me change everything over and helped to make sure everything was right and that I was a happy customer. I highly recommend this store to anyone, all of the employees were polite and were not afraid to tell me they didn’t know and got an answer for me when I had questions. Their manager sold me and will keep me as a return customer.

Went there last week to change my plan and I was scammed. After I left, I got a message from KEOKI, asking to go back there cause he «forgot» to give me Some docs to sign. He is is a thief, be careful when you go there, he will assign services and lines without you ask for it. He will tell everything you wanna hear and in a few days you will figure out that everything was sales talk. He promised me an Iphone delivered at my place in 4 days. I called T-mobile after wait for 2 weeks and they said that this is impossible, they never would promised that. He sold me an Ipad and said that my bill would be 20 dollares more expensive per month. But he also assign insurance and a new line to it(what was never asked for), that made my account 40 dollars more expensive. T-mobile costumer service told me that there is nothing that they can do. That I need to walk back there and talk to the manager. My wife talked to the manager who promised to call back in 24 hours, one week passed and she never called back. Avoid that place at all costs and be very careful if you see KEOKI there, he will Scam you.
