I went in to pay off a phone a take out a new one. I first ask if i would been eligible & the girl said it was fine by the time we got to the point i wanted to purchase another phone they came out with me having to pay around 150 of down payment. It didnt seem right at all because it was the 3rd phone i took out & i never gave out any down payment. I cant remeber the girls name but she wears fake eye contacts. I left & went to another t mobile where i only payed 60! Dollars & no more then that. I hate the fact that employees like her take advantage of people which i dont appreciate, we all have other bills to pay not just a phone bill. T mobile should make sure to hire appropriate sales people who do theyre job but not take advantage! I will never go back to that store again.

Came to pay my bill. I paid and asked for a paper receipt. I need it for my taxes. They said they could not give me a paper receipt, only an email receipt. It does me no good, i have no printer. The staff told me they could not give paper receipts cause they are going paperless. In the near future i was going to buy another iphone and an ipad air2. Now i am highly questioning buying the 2 apple products from this establishment. I give em 120 $ a month, was going to buy an iphone for my wife and an ipad and they cant afford a paper receipt? I dont blame the staff. They only fallow orders from their CO. Not happy. If they want my future business. They need to be more understanding of the customer. Let me clear up, i do not blame the staff. They dont make the rules, they fallow them. The owner and manager are to blame. Ty

Pros: 1. All of them are bilingual, making it dead simple if you don’t know English. 2. Parking(which was why I went there) Cons: 1. All of them act as if they didn’t want to work there, this is not only towards the customer but towards each other, they seem they don’t get along. Thus see #2. 2. They are unprofessional. 3. They are untrained. The first time I visited them, the guy that was«helping» me said just after 10 seconds of explaining something: «There is nothing we can do to check that». I had to discuss with them for 15 minutes until they called the call center and see that they were wrong. In summary: expect to discuss on your favor if you go there, they will make you go back and forward multiple times if you don’t defend yourself. 4. There hasn’t been a single one of them in all the times I was at the store that showed professionalism, patience or a desire to help. To be fair, this is the first time I have issues with T-Mobile. This is the fourth(and last) time I visit them. I’m comparing them to the location in Downtown which had great service but contrary to here, parking is a pain.

I normally go to either the Mission Valley or 5th Avenue locations, but this store is the closest one to where I live, so I went here. I went in with the intention of replacing my phone with a new one, since it’s three years old. I guess they weren’t interested in my business, because they totally ignored me. Everyone else that walked in was getting helped with the exception of me, so I just walked out. I will go to either Mission Valley or 5th Avenue tomorrow and get what I want.

Got the Welcome to TMobile! Someone came up to me 2 minutes into the store! She was very nice and very knowledgeable! Its a little store but nice inside! And parking is not a huge hassle. Took a picture of store hours because Unilocal doesn’t have it!
