Service here varies. There are days where the workers are awesome and days where they aren’t. Drinks and food wise, they’re pretty good. I’ve never been disappointed. My favorite thing about this location though is the music, always on point. I can’t help but sing along to every single one and am guilty of just sitting in there longer than I have too just to listen to the music.

Nice spacious place and very clean. I’ve been here a few times and never too packed. Minus two stars for one of the girls that takes your order. She must not enjoy her job or something because she has that stank look on her face every time. There’s a different girl that has darker hair that’s nicer and the guys are friendly too. Boba is the same per usual as every tapex place I go to.

Probably the best TapX location ever. Excellent service, they make awesome drinks and give large portions of food! so much crispy chicken every time I order! theres tons of seating also. Only complaint is the music volume mixed with the TV, its not very chill. lol. Regardless, 5 stars for being the best TapX in town.

Great service, the cashier was helpful, as it was my first time. Amazing crispy seasoned fries and Avacado Coconut boba tea. There are so many choices for flavors, add-in’s, and types of drinks. Combinations are endless, you’ll find something for everyone. Happy belly.

Got the Chi Chi fries with a side of green milk tea with boba and less ice. The portion was huge and the boba was great! Service here is better then the location on convoy and they offer a greater sized menu. They also have sisig fries, buffalo chicken fries and other goodies (must try next time). BEWARE, the chi chi fries is a must share dish because it does get a little heavy. Wish they used thinner fries tho because the fries used on this made it overly heavy. The cashier was also super friendly: D

What can you expect? The all the drinks are delicious! The food is pretty awesome to and everything is fairly priced. Drinks are usually around $ 4 which makes this a good treat that I’m always finding an excuse to go get!
For me, service varies day by day. I have come in when the cashier is smiling and ready to take my order, but I have also been served by people with a very bad mood as well. On one occasion I had to use the bathroom and the door was locked so I went up to the register, no one was in line and the girl behind the counter was pacing around completely ignoring me. When I finally got her attention she acted as if I was a bother to her. That wasn’t a very good experience for me, but hey, you cant have good service all the time I guess.
Either way, the food and drinks here are great, and with this place being so close to work, I’m always finding myself coming down here.

It’s close to my parent’s house so when I visit them, I stop by for a quick boba tea drink. Tapioca balls. Not only good for the oldies but good for all ages :)

Came here after eating lunch at Golden House. I wanted a boba drink. I got a passion fruit green tea with boba. It was a great drink. Boba was soft and chewy. Had a sweet taste to the boba. Good to drink on a hot day. There was a hint of passion fruit with more of the green tea flavor in the drink. I wanted to try a taro milk tea but was craving a sweet flavor like passion fruit. I will be back for more drinks.
My mom had a strawberry yogurt smoothie with boba. She loved it. My mom does not normally get boba in her drink, so that says a lot. She loved the drink.
The lady working the register was nice and friendly. The place is clean and has plenty of tables and chairs. There’s a bathroom in the back. There is also a television up front. Great place to hang out. Plenty of parking up front. I will be back for different flavored drinks.

I came in today at around 11:45 AM to order two avocado shakes for my parents. When I took a sip of my dad’s shake, I was very disappointed because it tasted more like a vanilla ice cream shake with a hint of avocado. It didn’t even look like an avocado color. I thought to myself, «Is an avocado shake suppose to look like guacamole?» I think they got stingy with the avocado.
Other than the shake itself, the place was clean, service was friendly, and the drinks had a generous amount if boba.

I wanted to try something new and tried the squid balls. They let me make it into a combo and fried my egg just the way I like it. Crispy on the edges and the yolk was still yolky so I could mix it in with the rice lol. My yogurt green tea came out tasting bitter, kinda nasty and nothing like it usually tastes but they fixed it.
I’ve been to this tapex numerous times and they always have great customer service.

Good prices and friendly staff! The music is still too loud here but it depends on who’s working, so it’s ok place to study if you don’t mind the noise level or TV’s. It is very spacious and there are outlets.

This is my favorite TapEx! I’m here so much that when I come in, after being greeted, they ask if I want my usual: an ice cream milk tea and a spicy chicken snack. Not gonna lie, I feel all bad-​ass walking in and saying «Yea, give me the usual.»
This is the only TapEx that makes the spicy chicken the way I like it, crispy and not too salty or spicy. Some places make it so that I can’t even eat more than 3 pieces because it’s too spicy. Apparently, when I tell them mild they ignore my request and completely coat it in spices. Not TapEx on Palm! They make it perfectly!

Chicken snack! This is still my favorite boba brand in san diego. I love the honeydew juice or the watermelon juice with aloe vera jelly. I also reccommend the thai tea snow bubble. compared to the convoy location, lines are short here!

If you like boba and smoothies you’ll like this place. They also serve food here but everything smells and taste like curry to me. Try it out and see if you like it…

The brown sugar frosti milk is pretty darn yummy.
The crispy chicken is good when you have rumbles in your tummy.
The TapEx staff members have never been mean.
They always wear a smile and keep the store clean.
The menu has too many good drinks to list.
So try it yourself! You get the gist.
