I had been looking for ages for a dry cleaners that would ‘launder’ our king-​sized red comforter set. This husband and wife were most gracious and gladly offered. Most cleaners wouldn’t even dry clean comforter, and NO ONE provides laundering services for them. All my bedding turned out looking brand new and we were so pleased with this wonderful service. The husband and wife who own Taylor’s were a lovely couple and I will continue using them.

What luck to stumble upon this gem close to my house. «Cleaners are cleaners» right? WRONG!!! This husband and wife team do an EXCEPTIONAL job and keep it legit by stuffing sleeves and truly taking great care of your clothes. They even called me to tell me I lost a button on my skirt and asked if I wanted it to be replaced. In today’s world, everyone is looking to cut corners and do things faster, easier, and with less customer service and care. Not here. The husband is a stain ninja-​I have yet to give him something he cannot get out. This is now my go to place and I have converted several family members over also. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Taylor’s cleaners is amazing! I accidentally closed the car door on my favorite red pleated maxi skirt and there was a big black motor oil stain in the middle of the skirt. I’m glad I found this place on Unilocal because the owner magically removed the stain! He said he had to try a few different products and found the one that worked. I appreciated the fact that he tried everything he can and the price was still reasonable. I thought I couldn’t wear the skirt anymore but the stain was completely gone and it looked as if nothing happened! I was so happy to have my favorite skirt back. I would definitely recommend this place — reasonable price, friendly owner, and awesome service.

We’ve only used this shop for my fiancé’s uniform as a last minute choice. I’m happy that it is located so close to home because they did a wonderful job & for a decent price. We will definitely be returning.

I took my daughters wedding dress to a cleaners called Elegant Cleaners in PQ and when I got it back there was a big spot and some smaller spots that looked like rust which I hadn’t seen when I dropped it off and the man told me he had been working on it for a week and it wouldn’t come out. I far as I was concerned the dress was ruined as it could not be worn without taking all the chiffon off and starting over. I took a chance and stopped in at Taylor’s Cleaners and ask if he might be able to do something with it. The gentleman that helped me took it and started working on it and in five minutes had all of the stains gone, I was so grateful and amazed I could have hugged him. When I asked what I owed him he said «no charge» now this is a business I am proud to have in my community. I will definitely use their services again and they offer sewing/​altering which I need all the time as I don’t have a sewing machine. I just have to say from a grateful Mom that now has her daughters wedding dress ready for preserving thanks to this man.

I love Taylor’s cleaners! The husband and wife who run the place are hard workers and do an amazing job. I call the husband the magic man because he has taken stains out of some of my nice clothes many times. I recently took a white polo shirt in with a ball point pen mark, came back in two days and it was gone, they are very reasonably priced! I highly recommend this place!!!

Time and time the Korean couple (sorry for the pervious post I have taken notes) that run the dry cleaners here have looked out for me whenever I needed some uniform, coats, or jackets cleaned spur of the moment, I’ve called many dry cleaning establishments all around San Diego and there aren’t many that can expedite dry cleaning like Taylor’s.
I’m not sure how their same day service works, but I’ve had «next day service» done here quite often. All I could possibly complain is perhaps the price but at least they justify it with the speed and quality of the cleaning. I have picked up my stuff two hours prior of the time directed on the receipt with no problem.

This place is great. I’ve really been in a jam a few times and they have stopped what they were doing to help me out & get me my clothes clean & pressed ASAP!
Not to mention they:
Do a great job pressing
Get those stains out
Have great prices
And always have a smile

This place is the best! My Navy boyfriend always takes his uniform here and they do a spectacular job. One time I spilled red wine on my light colored pants and when I took my pants there they said they’d do their best to get it out. They ended up buying some new products to get it out. The stain came out completely and it was super cheap. You can count on this place to do an excellent job and always be on time.

Im in the navy and have frequent uniform inspections. When I needed my dress uniform pressed I brought it here and they did the best job I have seen. All creases were perfectly placed and it definitely made me stand out from the rest with a perfect inspection. Thank you Taylor’s Cleaners I will be back.

I left my suit and Italian wool cardigan and it was taken care of perfectly. I’ll definitely be back for sure. If you’re in SD vicinity, this is the place to go for your better items.

Where to start about my best and favorite dry cleaner of all time. I have used Taylor’s many years now (15 – 18 years?) starting when they were a Martinizing cleaners under different ownership. They do regular dry clean and laundering really well and do specialty things also really well with over the top service, attention to detail, and caring of your garments. They are not a cheapie 99 cent cleaner but they charge fair and reasonable prices for their quality work. As part of the excellence of their service, Taylor’s upgraded their equipment to be environmentally friendly a few years ago.
The store is run by friendly and helpful ‘Young,’ the Mrs, and ‘Joong,’ the Mr., honest, hard working, capable Koreans (not Chinese as mistakenly stated in an earlier Unilocal.)
They do dry clean, laundering, oversize items like quilts, sewing-​alterations, preservation treatment of wedding gowns & special garments, and send out for Re-​weaving of wool suits w/​moth holes etc.
I first noticed they did excellent work when dry-​cleaning & pressing my work clothes (silk dresses, all cotton shirts/​blouses) and wool suits-​no shiny surface left from overheating. Garments were cleaned and pressed to sharp perfection. They paid careful attention to spots I pointed out. They found holes, tears and missing & loose buttons I missed and often fixed them at no cost.
They saved my husband’s wool suit twice by sending it out for re– weaving at a very reasonable cost. Saved us $ 2 – 300 for a new suit and the trouble of altering it. After the last re-​weaving, I asked for their expertise on how to prevent the moths and they gave me suggestions.
I have sent silk ties, cotton and antique silk kimonos and obis (silk brocade sash) with great confidence they would be cleaned well and handled carefully. They were.
I sent an old, treasured family Japanese futon (quilt w thick cotton batting) for cleaning. We agreed to throw out the old cotton batting but Young offered to insert polyester batting which I got and she tied it down w nice red embroidery threads at no extra cost. I believe she had been a dress/​clothing designer and teacher in Korea so she has a good eye and touch for creative things like that.
For these reasons, I love Taylor’s and highly recommend you bring your everyday dry clean garments and special items needing special care.

Until recently I was relatively happy with this place. A month or so ago I took my $ 80 black Banana Republic pants here and was disappointed to see that there was a strange pattern melted onto them and they smelled strange. I talked myself out of believing that the dry cleaner had messed them up and figured maybe it was the fabric falling apart. Took the pants there again and when I picked them up they let me know that the pants had existing damage from a hot iron. The thing is, I never iron my own pants, that is the only place I have had them cleaned and pressed! I am so pissed!

Let’s face it. You’re not going to drive 10 miles out of your way to go to a cleaners (unless it’s the rare occasion of getting a wedding dress cleaned or something). So usually you’re just picking from the one or two places closest to you.
If this is one of the close places, you could do a lot worse.
Friendly people. Prices a little high, but not ridiculous. I dropped off a bunch of stuff for a wash and fold, and they caught the two shirts in the bag that belonged on hangers and separated them out for me. My folded clothes were nicely bagged, with socks separated in smaller bags and tissue paper protecting the clothes. Definitely good service.
My clothes were ready exactly when they said they would be. They did a nice job with the cleaning. I can’t speak to how they would be if you need a Vera Wang dress cleaned the day before the Oscars, but you’re probably not checking Unilocal for an answer to that anyway. ;)

What is there to say about a place that dry cleans my uniforms? I’ve taken my uniforms here a few times and had great customer service (even if I do lose my ticket), plus my unis came out perfect-​O! Not that it’s not totally expected, but you do have places that F things up. Prices are a tad steeper than doing in on base, but since this is right next door, I’ll call it the convenience factor taking my uniforms to Taylor’s. I will continue to come here knowing that I can make it my reliable dry cleaning needs.
Right next door to 7-​Eleven, so you can’t miss this place. Not open on Sundays!
