Got hired to cater a rehearsal dinner with limited supplies he made it work like it was a five-​star meal highly recommended

Great food great experience, I would definitely experience the admiral experience a few more times, you can’t go wrong with the admiral signature dish the salmon wrapped in chicken then fried, mouth watering, great experience at the admirals.

My wife and I chose Admiral’s to cater our 5-​year wedding anniversary consisting of two dozen close friends. Chef Cole is located in close proximity to Air Station Miramar which figures given his storied Naval service, cooking his way up the ranks for the likes of Admirals, senators, etc. We had previewed a list of apps ahead of time and Chef Cole had small plates turned out quickly with the help of another chef in his employ. Chef sat with us and discussed our venue (a friend’s backyard) and was very receptive to modifying the plates to our liking. To be honest, all the plates were delicious, we only asked for a bit less salt in one of them.
Chef Cole also has his own line of sauces which seemed to surprise him more than me, but the mango habanero was so good I could have had it by itself. Even my wife, who normally doesn’t tolerate heat enjoyed it. Speaking of palette reversals, I don’t really eat tomatoes, its a consistency thing, but I ate every little tomato that came out. To conclude Part I of this, we walked away very satisfied with both the food, and Chef’s professionalism, and wish his business well.
Part II:

The Admirals Experience is a great catering option! The tasting room is just right with a relaxed atmosphere. Chef Cole was very attentive and interested in what we had to say about our personal tastes of the food and thoughts on additions or subtraction a to make our catered event perfect to our tastes. I am so very happy we chose him to cater our 5yr Anniversary party and am looking forward to eating all of the amazing food we tried on our special day!

My husband and I renewed our wedding vows, 15 years, this weekend. We hired The Admiral’s Experience to cater our event. Their food was amazing. The guest had enough to eat and loved the food as well. Out of all the catered events that we have attended in California, this one was by far the best food that we have had. They were very reasonable and attentive to cater to our needs and desires. WE recommend this company to everyone. You will not be disappointed.
