Their garlic parmesan fries are so delicious! Nomnomnom and their honey bbq fries are good as well. Their lemon pepper is alright, a little too sour for me. Their breadsticks are ehh. I wouldnt try it again. The workers here are always nice and smiling too. Definitely try this spot! I also like how their different box sizes you kind pick from. Great for cravings !

This is my neighborhood Buffalo Spot and I have to say the staff here are so friendly and polite, especially Emily. My food is all correct and it comes out in a timely manner, I have to admit the friendly staff is what makes me keep coming back and the Buffalo Fries.

What a terrible experience.
I purchased a groupon and they wouldn’t honor it. Even though the expiration date is 2 weeks away. What a bunch of scam artists. I drove 25 minutes to pickup my takeout order and you tell me i cant use a groupon that your business offered to increase revenues.
tip to the owner: dont offer groupons if you have intentions to just bait and switch customers once they are already in your store. I hope this place goes out of business.
The wings arent anything special. The buffalo fries are just potatoes with a buffalo sauce throw up looking topping. Skip this place, so many better places. Wings n things, wingstop, bdub, etc.
To top it off, the person working the counter was coughing and sick. So i hope i dont get sick. Stay away.

I also bought a Groupon and they would not honor it. I paid for it! Drove across town with my family and they said sorry we’ve decided not to honor them anymore. The place was dirty and the staff was not helpful at all. Said here’s Corp phone call them. When I did the guy that answered had no idea what I was talking about. Absolutely would not go back. Customers Service was awful!

This place is HORRIBLE! I went there because I had a Groupon, only to find out that they cancelled the Groupon and wouldn’t honor my coupon. How’s that for customer service!!! They have all kinds of thugs and homeless people loitering in the front, which was an INSTANT turnoff. The inside was dirty and the tables needed cleaning. Yet there was no one in there eating. If you can’t stand behind your word and honor my coupon then you definitely don’t deserve my money. I will take my business to WingStop or Wings and Things. Thanks for nothing! No stars for them.

Ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap and was expecting heart burn but nope. Chicken was not dripping in sauce like some other local restaurant. It was tender, juicy and had a nice crunch to it. The wrap was nice and tidy with a good portion of the ingredients without it falling all over the place.
The best part was the secret sauce. Oh. My. Gosh. That secret sauce made me want to drink it straight up. Boss man, I’m not sure what you put in it but not am I glad you offered to hook me up with my wrap. I’m addicted.

Great environment, was greeted when I walked through the door. The workers were very nice and patient. They have a sauce in the works, and when I tell you delicious! That’s an understatement, I had a sample and all that was, was a tease to my taste buds. If you haven’t been in to sample the new sauce please do asap it needs to be one of their sauces in rotation!

Glad I finally tried this place right around the corner from my work. The assistant manager was friendly and she made me feel welcome and unrushed when I walked in for the first time and had no idea what to order. Took a late lunch so I was really hungry and the Buffalo chicken fries were satisfyingly filling and tasted great. Someone sitting next to me got the ribs, and they looked and smelled good… so I might have to try those next time (if I can talk myself out of getting the buffalo fries again).

At first I was excited when I seen this place we went in 15 minutes before they closed and even though the counter person was friendly we are really happy at first we ordered the fries with chicken and sauce on top we also ordered The boneless chicken wings we then left because they were already closing we ate in the parking lot the first thing we ate was the fries and we are really excited because the fries are very very good with chicken and cheese and sauce on top but then we went in the bag before the half our order and we also realize that the half we did receive was soggy chicken probably from earlier in the daymaybe for the fries yes but we will never be coming back again

My first time here. Emily took our order. She’s made us feel at home. She’s very friendly and attentive. The cook Josue made our wings so delicious. They were just right… Crispy and not dry we are very happy we came.

I would have given this place 5 stars because the food IS GOOD, however the customer service sucks. My friend ordered the half rack of ribs for 12.99 (expensive) and only got 4 bones! Then when we called and asked about it the guy reassured us that he’d checked it twice and that we had the right size. We returned the next day because as I said before the food is good and we were told that a half rack is 6 – 8 and a quarter rack is 3 – 4 bones and she told us next time we need to come in and show them but I’m like GIRL WE CALLED but I’m still thinking «it sounds like you owe us a quarter rack!» … they weren’t trying to hear it so we decided that the ribs were just something we wouldn’t order anymore. Well we both then just ordered wings and they were tiny!. I only recommend the buffalo fries because it’s the only thing worth paying for.

Ordered the 25 Wings and 25 Fingers family meal. Did wings with Medium Buffalo and Pineapple Jalapeño (yummy) and tenders mild and garlic no parmesean. Evertime I’ve ordered no parmesean at other spots they always mess it up and we have to wait for a new order. Not here. Everything was perfect and delicious. The cashier, Samantha, was super friendly and attentive. Great place!

I’ve been to ALL of their locations in San Diego, because buffalo fries are amazingly delicious, and they never disappoint. They had a great Groupon deal so I tried their wings and tenders for the first time and they were delicious too, especially because they have several sauce flavors to choose from. Even their plain fries taste seasoned… awesome!
But best of all is the great service at this location. They are always pleasant and even offered cups of ice water while we waited.
