Okay so yes they are quick but they are rude.
«I heard you the first time.» Example They also rush you reading legal documents you’re signing. They treat you like you’re stupid if you’re not familiar with their particular policies. I’d rather take three buses and go somewhere, convenience isn’t everything.
They ask for your social security number like it’s an accusation that you’re some fugitive. Take a chill pill or get a new job. All in all I got my money though.

I came in to handle what would seem like a simple Western Union money order to my Pimp, Sleezy E, but left wanting to choke a puppy. You know, the cute ones… with the little bows around their neck…
The service here is pretty fucking horrible. After being ignored for about 15 minutes, I was greeted with grunts and groans that made cavemen seem more articulate. The girl helping me wasn’t very informative and always kept me guessing about what to do next. I mean, she sat there and watched me fill put TWO forms before telling me they were the wrong ones. Really, REALLY?!
Long story short, I would have rather been helped by a grilled cheese sandwich.
