The Little Flower

They only delivered the flowers but not the birthday balloon. The birthday balloon is not only what I paid for and what was advertised, but it is also the main part of the birthday surprised. The flowers or vase did not have any birthday theme without the birthday balloon.
This local florist was contacted by the online flower shop I ordered from. When I called the online store about the missing birthday balloon, they contacted the local florist to complete delivery by the end of day of Day 2. Same address, same recipient.
No balloons on Day 3 and local florist claimed delivery and signed receipt at 12:30pm. The online store could not clearly read the signed name but they could make out «Officer Jack — last name could not read»
While the recipient was at the location all day, there also is nobody under that name who works at that San Diego Police station.
Day 4, no proof of delivery of the balloon.
I lost trust and confidence with this first and last transaction with Little Flower. What could have been a simple task, to deliver what was ordered, turned into not being able to produce proof of second delivery in attempt to fix the first.

Such a cute little shop. The lady (owner/owner’s wife??) asked me my price range and because I had my glass vase with me, made me a really nice bouquet right then and there. Very reasonable! I got a big beautiful arrangement for $ 20!

The lady that helped me was great! she worked with my budget and gave me a wonderful arrangement for my friends birthday. My friend loved it and I for sure will be coming back. The place is really cute has a lot of little things you can look at while they make your arrangements.

Beautiful flowers with a personalized touch. The owner is very sweet and will take great care of your needs. I love that the bouquets are unique and original not something that you just pick up at the grocery store. For $ 10 I got a huge mixed bouquet

Mary has the best taste when it comes to floral arrangements. Her vast experience and creativity make her our family’s go to florist for any occasion. Even at work we all love Mary. for Mother’s Day all of my coworkers order her arrangements in different sizes and she will deliver to us. Personally, I count on Mary to make a memorable impression. As a mom I’m always looking forward o her new designs, simply beautiful.
