As I wandered around the Carlsbad Street Fair this last weekend it was a tough decision about what to choose as my hunger intensified. Then, the smell of fresh hot pizza wafting through the seaside air caught my attention. I just had to try one. The pricing seemed reasonable and several people were happily chomping down nearby, an encouraging sign. I ordered the full size Sausage, Pepperoni and Mushroom. In just a few short minutes, I could see my «personal» pizza being made and cooked in their amazing wood fired oven, a rare delight in itself. A real nice setup with quick and friendly service. The pizza was delicious. I asked for their card and found Pizza Pizzan, being on a mobile trailer, also does other events, public and private. Hopefully, I will be there to enjoy yet another delectable delight!
