I had the pleasure of purchasing my first home with the help of Danielle Thompson. She was amazing. She explained everything to me in terms a first time buyer would understand. She was always available when I needed her. She was quick to answer all my questions (and I had a lot). She was very patient with me and my someone difficult lender. She was my cheerleader and always reassured me during the ups and downs of the process. I really Appreciate all the effort she put in to making the sale happen. I would definitely recommend her.

Ruth is a complete LIAR!!! My wife and I put an offer on one of her listings in El Cajon/​La Mesa, they accepted the offer. Ruth did a conference call with me and my agent told us congrats on our accepted offer and they purchase of our first house and she’ll send over the contract the next day. Ruth also told us how great our agent was and how hard she worked to get our offer accepted. Icalled my wife to tell her the good news we were so excited to get this house. What’s happened? The next morning Ruth called our agent to say they accepted a different offer that came in after she hung up the phone with us. If you get an accepted offer from her listing or group be careful they’ll probably do you DIRTY like my family. Watch out for this conniving, sneaky, shady little B@&!H!!!

Ruth and Dan (and Crystal) work tirelessly to close quickly. The first deal Ruth and Dan did for us was a house they SOLD WITHIN 30 DAYS from the time we initially called them. That is insanely quick! They just closed on a condo for us too and worked with our tenants to do all the legwork for us. Besides being outstanding agents, they have a huge network so they have seem to find buyers that other offices wouldn’t find as quickly. Thanks Ruth and Dan for being so awesome! Shala
