Just had my case dismissed! I was very pleased with their service, very responsive and professional. Their instructions were simple and informative. Their legal research was wonderful and on point. I will recommend to friends and family.

Cheats! … now they include insurance for tickets that is now shown anywhere but is a separate charge… and you cannot contact them as they are from a different company… give me a break!

I don’t understand why we have to depend on ticketmaster, or why the venues can not sell their own tickets!
I am sick and tired of the ticketmaster system just like everybody else here.

Ticketmaster represents everything that is wrong when a free market fails. Their success has created a quasi-​monopoly which in turn means they can charge outrageous fees (then more hidden fees) and if something goes wrong you can forget customer service. Arguably criminal. I despise Ticketmaster and implore that entertainment groups and venues simply find another way to get tickets to their customers.

How can this essentially be the only ticketing service available??? They are horrible! Maybe we should start a crowd funding to get someone else to start a new ticketing service. Their customer service is terrible, the website says they’re offering you the «best available» seats, but then after making the purchase there are better seats the next day, service charges are outrageous! I guess that’s why they are more commonly known as Ticket Bastard!

Ticketmaster you should be ashamed of yourself!!! You sold us duplicate tickets to fleetwood Mac concert and I spent my time standing in line! My First concert was ruined. It not only happened to me but to at least 4 to 5 others. We all spent the concert in line in the rain and outside instead of listening to the concert. They gave us replacement seats going from section C then had to walk up and out and go to section U, clear on the other side and those were where a camera was so again the seats were of no use. Not only did I miss most of the show except for two songs but your business practice is horrible and you ruined what could have been the best concert ever. That cost was 660.00.
Shame on you!!! This was for my birthday!!!

I got tickets for Kinky Boots at the San Diego Civic Center in the Orchestra section. A few weeks before the musical, I got a call asking if I was willing to switch seats as the associate promised me these would be better. Well, they weren’t. They sucked in fact up in the mezzanine all the way to the left. So if someone calls and wants you to switch seats. DON’T DO IT!!!

While visiting SD so my mother with Stage IV Cancer could undergo a major cancer surgery. My friend bought me a ticket to a Padres game so I could get out of the hospital for a bit and relax. (I’ve been here 12 days) He transferred the ticket to me and I followed the instructions in the email precisely. After failing to succeed in retrieving the tickets to my account I called customer service. I explained the issue and they said the only way they could help was if I had the purchasing credit card number or if the gift giver could log on, cancel the transfer and re-​submit the transfer. My friend who bought me the ticket is not available to be contacted and the game is in 4 hours. I asked to speak with a supervisor and after 42 minutes on the phone they were still unwilling to help. I was happy to provide the email or anything else that I could get. They were completely useless and are basically going to steal the $ as my friend will not be able to complete the transfer in time. They just kept saying that it was «against policy». This is wrong and they were completely unwilling to find a resolution. Please take your business elsewhere!

Unacceptable that I was not informed that the Daughtry concert was pushed back by over an hour??? Concert was supposed to start at 9pm, we arrived just before 9:30, thinking we would just miss Plain White T’s and we just caught 1 Daughtry song??? Daughtry WAS the reason we came to the concert. I never received an email/​phone call, nothing… Harrah’s website still states concert starts at 9pm. Very very disappointed!!!
Harrah’s said supposedly Ticketmaster sent an email notifying of the change??? I obviously got NOTHING!

Zero stars! Almost missed out on the Paul McCartney Amex presale just now and ended up buying from another distributor after an hour of stressing and clicking on ticketmaster website! Booooooooo!

BOO Ticketmaster can be summed up in three words. Fees, Fees, Fees!
Being Asian, i KNOW Cheap! But Ticketmaster is just low! Dirt bag, Cheap asses!
Fees every step of the way. I get that there’s a fee on top of my tickets. But another $ 4.50 Processing fee for using my credit card?! How else did you think i was going to pay?! and then only show that charge when i get to the part about entering my credit card #?!
Then… get this! If you want to print out the tickets (ON YOUR OWN COMPUTER) its another $ 2.50 per ticket!!! FUCK YOU! how bout sending me a free email with tickets that i can show on a smart phone or even print out for free?! Cheap ass fuckers! Even without getting the $ 2.50 printed tickets, it comes out to be about a 50% mark up!
Of course if opt to pick up the tickets at will call for free at Qualcomm, but then when i get there its total chaos, no signs for which line is to buy tickets, separate line for will call, no one directing people where to go, no ropes or cones to say start and end of the line, enter, exit. TOTAL CLUSTER FUCK! People cutting in line, in fact there IS NO LINE, people entering the ticket booths from all directions. people telling me to go to this gate, when i get there they tell me to go to the other gate! No one in line knows for sure what the deal is either.
Waited in line for an hour to pick up tickets that were Will call. but evidently there is no will call window just a window for all transactions! Meaning i could have bought them there without any fees at all, and stood in the same line! Ended up missing the first 20 minutes of the soccer game, even after they delayed the game for 30 minutes due to the cluster fuck of people who could not get their tickets and get inside before the start time. I think it’s a ploy to make you pay the extra $ 2.50 per ticket next time. Guess what?! There won’t be a next time Ass holes!
TIP: When buying tickets for Qualcomm Stadium or any other venue for that matter, AVOID TICKET MASTER LIKE THE PAGUE! When at all possible drive down a day early and buy them directly from the venue to avoid all the dumb ass fees!

Awful customer service. This is a testament to monopolization of a company. I hate them. Period. I wish there would be another company that would open and take away their ability to sell tickets. TERRIBLE… but you have no choice so its doesn’t even matter that I am Unilocal they suck.

As if the huge surcharges weren’t enough, the tickets i paid almost $ 200 for were lost in the mail, they told me I’d have to get to the event 90 minutes early to pick them up at will call, when I told them that wouldn’t be possible they refused to refund me the full amount I paid. The bottom line is that the exorbitant fees they charge do not ensure good customer service and I definitely will not be using Ticketmaster again.

Call me a Diva, but where I sit is important to me. Ticketmaster is making that quest impossible. I get only their selection of where I should sit. If I don’t like their choice, I can give up the tickets and get the same exact ones again, and again, and again… Too many venues don’t even sell their own tickets, so Ticketmaster is your only choice.
Then it will cost you the ticket price + a convenience charge + a processing fee + a shipping fee. $ 2.50 to print your own tickets, yes, print your own tickets!
And don’t forget the annoying «Security Check» that puts up words even a sharpshooter couldn’t read with glasses on.
If my only choice is Ticketmaster, I’d rather not go.

I have always taken issue with the Ticket Bastards, but after this last debacle I vow to never use them again. Problem is, do I have many other options? Not really, because they are pretty much a monopoly… what’s a girl to do? Probably support the local scalpers, at least they are upfront when they rob you blind.
Bought tickets for Jimmy Buffett back in April ($ 37 dollar tickets + $ 13 dollar «convenience» charges.) Waited patiently for a month to receive the tickets. They never came. I called and talked to someone, who said my billing address on my account was wrong (yet somehow they were able to charge me, hmmmm) so they had to resend. I waited patiently for another two months… still no tickets. Called and asked if I could just print them, they said no… that my tickets would be sent yet again. (3 times a charm?) Stilll… no…tickets. I actually forgot about it for awhile. Recently, the guy I was dating and I broke up, and I decided I no longer wanted to go to Buffett since that was something we were planning to do together. Decided to sell the tickets, but wait… I still have NO TICKETS.
Really long, frustrating story shortened, it took me 6 phone calls over the course of the last two weeks to get my tickets. They wanted me to go to Chula Vista to the box office to pick them up. Since I live in OB that is not exactly «convenient” – although obviously Ticket Master’s idea of convenient and mine are very very very different.
After screaming bloody murder to multiple managers they finally sent them to my email free of charge. At that point, there was really nothing they could do to save their reputation in my mind, so waiving the $ 2.50 print charge did not quell my anger in the least. They wasted my time over and over again, made me jump through hoops, and it was THEIR mistake in the first place. I hate Ticket Master.

The whole Ticketmaster fees thing is such a rip-off…the only thing I hate more than Ticketmaster is Satan… I think they are related… scratch that, Satan hasn’t raped me in the face (Hamlet 2 reference) with service fees… I hate Ticketmaster more than Satan… well, in reality I don’t hate Satan.
I know it costs money to pay techies and such to maintain a network but not as much as what they charge. Why does the fee vary according to the price of the ticket? Doesn’t it cost the same to issue a $ 50 ticket versus a $ 150 ticket? does it weigh more? does it cost more ink? does it come in better quality paper? Even the charge for an E-​Ticket seems a bit much… doesn’t it save Ticketmaster mailing and processing fees? thanks for passing on the savings buddy.

Immediate sadness when I hear or see this word. It sucks, because sometimes it is not feasible to purchase a ticket at the venue itself. If you want a good seat at a popular show, you’re forced into playing by their nazi-​like rules.
Take the face value of the ticket and double it, that’s what you’re likely to pay. I once got the cheapest shipping for $ 8.50, it arrived in junk mail disguise with a prepaid bulk stamp on it. They charge $ 1.75 to email you a ticket. What the hell? No words.
Another time I had tickets to a show that was cancelled. I gave them $ 10 in processing fees for the privilege of financial ass rape. Just try to go to the venue’s box office at all costs. Sadly, I would rather buy from a scalper
