I seldom write on Unilocal.They never answer their phone and do not have a receptionist (they have a cat). I stopped by today on my way into work to see how my job was coming, and the owner called me an a@@hole and threw my project back to me. I was shocked. I was wearing dress clothes at the time. I will put on jeans and a t-​shirt and go back to his shop and see if he has the stones to call me an a@@hole again. This time, I will not walk away.

Barry from Timeless Wood built a custom solid oak plank eating counter for our kitchen. It is beautiful, the highlight of our kitchen remodel. The service was excellent– efficient, polite, timely, responsive, in all ways highly professional. Good attention to detail, high quality. The job was finished ahead of schedule. It doesn’t get better then this!

This is the second time I used them for a project. Extremely professional with great attention to detail. I worked with Barry on my second order and I can’t believe how quickly he responds to emails. He works in a wood shop, I work in IT. He responds quicker then I do and I’m sure I’m a small customer for them.
I’m not in the market for their finished products, but from what I saw, their stuff is very high quality.
The most important thing to mention about these guys is that they are straight shooters. Companies you can trust are just like the commercial says «priceless».
True Craftsmen are a vanishing breed but you can find them at TWP.

I was looking for a dining set but the pieces here were boring… similar to every other store in the area, at the same price. If you really like something from here, wait for a sale.
