Todd DeBoer

I’m not sure I’ve met a realtor who is anymore invested in his clients and his craft other than Todd DeBoer. I originally met Todd when I rented a unit at the Icon building back in 2012. He made sure I got the unit, even though there were over 50 applications on this killer deal. We have Todd help us buy two houses now — one in North Park almost eleven years ago, and just last month, another property in Bay Park. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He has a very, very good understanding and thorough knowledge of central San Diego — downtown, North/​South Park, Bay Park, and even out to college area. I’m pretty picky and he’s been phenomenal. He really understood what our needs were for each purchase, which were different. I’ll send him a listing, and he’ll tell me what I may or may not like about it, and then he’ll send us a listing we hadn’t even considered, and inevitably, we love them. We bought both houses that way. I call him «The House Whisperer.» :) He’s a tough negotiator and got us great prices on both properties.
