Front desk has a bad attitude. I was referred to this nightmare Dr. by Sharp hospital .I had a fractured hand back in march 2014, he told me if I kept my cast it would take 3 months or longer for my hand to heal, but if I had the surgery it would be a couple of weeks. So I did have the surgery and months later, hand still swollen, lot of pain. Stay away from this guy. Get a 2^nd and 3^rd opinion. Don’t fall for his lies. Also, they had a copy of my insurance but never told me that they were not in my network. So when I got the bill, I was shocked, and when I called them they said they tell everybody… BS…Why the f… Would I want to fork out $ 9 k to have my hand operated by a surgeon I have never heard of when I could have done it thru my network. For FEE… Hopefully my lawyer will do a good job with the malpractice lawsuit.

You may have a wait to see him but personally waiting to see a great Dr. Isn’t a problem in my book! He’s been quick, efficient and kind. Most of all he has do what is necessary to repair and restore my boyfriends hand back to proper function. Thank you Dr. Tonks

I damn near broke half my lower body in a motorcycle accident and Dr. Tonks pieced me back together!
Dr. Tonks is a busy guy but he does his job and spends the time to see his patients, overall a cool ass doctor.
His office team Jill and Deborah are great! I’ve called their offices numerous of times and they answer the calls ways willing to help me out.
Dr. Tonks is seriously the best orthopedics in town.

HORRIBLE customer service! I was referred to the office by sharp emergency on Friday, called this morning and the woman who answered the phone was so terribly rude and would not let me finish a sentence let alone help me.

I had an appointment scheduled 5 weeks in advanced. When I arrived for my appointment I was 15 minutes early. 105 minutes later I asked the front desk how much longer must I wait to be seen. The ladies said «Oh, He is on his way here.»
Why did they not call and ask me to show up later or reschedule my appointment? They could have at least told me while I was waiting that he would be late or not even come in.
