Louie is the best! I had a cracked screen on my iPhone. I was debating whether or not to just upgrade my phone or fix the screen. Louie was very honest and patient. I did not feel rushed at all. I had a very pleasant experience. It is so refreshing to have quality customer service. I will be back for all of my mobile needs!
Came to this location rather than another one closer to my house because they had better reviews. Now I know why! Thank you Louie!

I am so excited and happy that there is finally going to be a new Verizon store near my office!
Not only is this location convenient, but the owners and staff are all fantastic. Knowledgeable, experienced and a pleasure to be around.
