Had the tech come out and do any other service for ants. He was very knowledgable about their habits. I didn’t believe him that they take a couple days to a week to die. But they did and I was patient and it worked out. Glad he told me so I wasn’t freaking out the whole time.

Armando told me that ants were coming in from a tree that was touching my house, he offered to cut it so I gave him a pair of clippers and a step stool and he cut the branch that was touching my house. I thought it was a dumb idea. Haven’t had ants since. Costumer service is amazing Armando goes out of his job description to make sure the customer is happy.

Tru force does it again! I had them do my 3rd property and this time I didn’t tell them I would be watching to purposely see how they would perform and after watching them I can honestly say this is a good company with a good price! All natural products and great customer service, you cant beat it!

I would actually give this company 0 stars… horrible horrible horrible! Like the other commentator their salesman showed up with the same sales talk… Not dressed with any company attire, no company truck, etc. At the end of his spiel, he wanted my husbands credit card ! We refused and he was told that we weren’t stupid enough to give a total stranger this information. He was told to have the technician come and he would be paid at the time the service was completed. The technician came and spayed and dusted the outside. Dead spiders were everywhere so we were happy. We were concerned however because we have a dog in the back and how the stuff would affect her. We were told it was safe for pets… yet ever since that time our dog has been itching and scratching! Service was supposed to have been done again 2 weeks ago… And both of us were at work. Their card was left on our door. I called them the next day to ask if the yard was done and was told yes. I also asked then how about the back yard? They hesitated and the said no because they didn’t have access. I stated the technician was to have called us to make sure we were home but wanted to reschedule to have the back yard done. I was told the tech would come Saturday and would CALL us before he came. Saturday came and my husband called twice to talk to someone to confirm we would get a call. Needless to say no one called us and we left at 5pm to go out. Yet they were quick to charge our account(at the end of July) BEFORE any service was done. My husband called on today to cancel our service. He was given a lot of talk and also promised 3 free months… but we don’t believe that. They can’t even call us back when we were told TWICE by a person so how can we believe they would honor the«free» months of service! Especially when they charged our account before they performed any service. TruForce has a Lot to learn about good business practices and good customer service. We have cancelled and are through with them!

Truly disappointed in this company. A very young gentleman shows up at my door during dinner — pushy and desperate for business. After about half a dozen times of me telling him«no thank you,» as he’s throwing in «okay, I’ll give it to you for *this* deal» and«how about I throw this in» and«all of your neighbors are signing up» and«I can only offer this deal because all of your neighbors are signing up,» I had to walk away and let me husband handle the guy. After about 5 – 10 minutes of talking with my husband, the TruForce gentleman makes us an offer that we can’t refuse. He asks us to sign his electronic tablet, and lets us know they’ll be there tomorrow to start our services. Later that evening we receive an email verification — and low and behold, the summary details of the negotiated«deal» were not honored. They wanted to charge us the original initial fee and the original monthly fee. What a waste of my evening. I called and left three different messages to cancel. I received no call backs. When TruForce showed up at my home the next day, they were sent away. A complete waste of my time, causing undue stress, this company isn’t a business at all. It’s a bunch of kids with gimmicks and an answering machine. My advice to them is to take a business class and learn how to be honest and honorable salesmen. This entire experience was ridiculous.
