Turning Point Landscape Maintenance

I wanted to have some dwarf fruit trees planted in my backyard. I hired a local landscaping guy to bring them over and plant them for me. He said he would charge me by the hour but it wouldn’t take more than two or three. Well he was there all of one day and half the next, almost three times as long as he said it would take. I don’t think he works fast enough for the amount he charges. I would not hire him again.

We have been working with Turning Point for almost a year now from the construction phase. They listened to our concerns about cost, maintenance, aesthetics, etc. when helping us develop our design for the backyard. It was very evident from the beginning that they are very knowledgeable about their trade. Throughout the construction Jack was hands-​on and provided updates. There were a few delays during the construction phase, but Jack normally addressed our concerns and worked with us to find a mutually agreeable solution.
Jeff has done a great job maintaining the yard. We continue to use his service and are happy with the work he and his crew do for us.

Jeff saved our bacon! We had another contractor install outdoor lighting which turned out to be a disaster. After calling many, many companies who told me that it wasn’t worth their time to try & fix what had just been installed, Jeff came by, immediately figured out what the issue was, and turned a very disappointing situation into a good one. He is professional and quite willing to go the extra mile. We have an odd lighting space and we have since had Jeff add to our system. He worked with me until we came up with a plan that worked like a charm. As soon as I can save up enough money, we will have him install lights in our front yard.
I would recommend him without any hesitation.

Short and simple, I’ll recommend Jeff to anyone who needs help with their yard. Not only did he work with in my budget, show up on time, do great work etc, etc but he spent time educating me on my yard. He really helped me understand the plants that I had and how to best take care of them based on our soil type, sun pattern, watering conditions, you name it. Amazing. Not only is Jeff a consummate professional, but he is incredibly easy to work with. Jeff and his team rescued me halfway through a project that I was way over my head in. I had another company come in and essentially muck everything up more than I had. I decided just hire a pro to come in and fix the yard fiasco. I was a little nervous knowing that Turning Point does some very high end work but was pleasantly surprised that Jeff was just as enthusiastic about my smaller project as he’d have been with a huge high dollar affair. He offered really creative solutions that worked well within my budget without compromising the vision I had for my yard. It was really refreshing to work with someone who actually helped me stay within budget. I’d give him more stars if I could but instead I’ll just suggest you call Turning Point first!!!

Jeff is the consummate professional when it comes to landscape maintenance. He and his team completely revamped our landscaping, put in several flower beds, installed a firepit and resolved a couple extremely stubborn issues along the way. Our front and back yards play to rave reviews after his work and his maintenance has ensured things look pristine and the plants are healthy. Highly recommended — he is NOT a ‘blow and go’ service — he takes pride in his work and is only satisfied when his clients’ yards can compete for «Yard of the Month». Jeff really helped my family out while I was deployed maintaining our yard to base housing standards. When I came home I was impressed how well our yard looked.
