They won’t let me put 0 stars. I decided to close my account because of this location. I would not trust this us bank or any us bank for that matter unless you want to wake up with a couple hundred dollars ‘debited’ from your account with no explanation, because of their mistake. The tellers are not trained and have no idea what they are doing, manager, a joke. Worst bank ever and worst branch ever, unless you want the teller to make a huge mistake that will cost you hundreds of dollars.

Only few of the places I know that are open until 7 PM, makes it very convenient for depositing cash/​checks after work. The bankers are fantastic (Julian, Richard, etc.) and the whole staff is pretty great. Highly recommended for anyone in the Point Loma /​Sports Arena area.

About a year ago I switched banks and joined US Bank, they have treated me so well since day one. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I am always helped quickly and efficiently. The best part is that they are so conveniently located inside a grocery store and near other dining and shopping areas. As a student, they have provided me with guidance on financial products that may benefit me while I’m in school, and I have appreciated that greatly. Management and staff are doing a great job there in Midway!
