I love this bank so much and I always come here. Odelia, Justin & Joel always help me out and are really cool and professional. I will not stop coming here as long as they’re still working here. I have never had an issue with my bank account and they always count my money right the fist time.

Worst experience ever, I stay more 2 hours just to open a new account !!! After that they said sorry we can’t ! Really !!

Luv this Bank, They are always so friendly and efficient and their hours are great. Even when we are shopping and not using their facilities they are always there with a cheerful greeting.
I have had an account here for a couple of years and never had any problem with them.
I recently had a levy put on my account in error by the DMV. When I sorted it out with the DMV, eventually, they said they had faxed the bank but it could take at least a week to get things sorted. I called the Bank immediately and everything had been taken care of, including refunding the bank fee which was at their discretion.
Great service all the way.
What more could you ask for.

Great hours, and great tellers.
Sunday hours? Wow, that is impressive.
Open until 6 on a Saturday? Crazy.
The location is great. Often, when i finish at the bank, I do some grocery shopping.
There are never more than three people in line.
The Wells Fargo down the road can have 20+ people in line.
Thanks for being open when I need you.

Don’t use this bank! Worst customer service ever. takes hrs to answer a phone call, that’s if you even get an answer. Always declining your cards and never sends you a notification, so you’re stuck at the register looking dumb. Come on US bank time to step up.

I would rate this place in the negatives if I could. I went in to do a wire transfer, they told me I had to wait for the manager. I stood there 20 minutes a And then the dude said, well we don’t do wire transfers after 12pm. It was already 1:30. Seriously? Wtf. Why did you have me wait. Told him I was coming back the next day. Came in Saturday they said they don’t do wire transfers on weekends. So basically the dude I talked to was a moron. All you have to know how to do is count and relay information. Please fire this dude

I come here often for my banking needs because there’s never a line. At the most there will be 1 person being attended but they get done pretty quick.
