Most of all the reviews have been added by friends that work there? I just recently went to get my hair done and it was the worst possible service I have ever got! The person below is right Randy bad mouths every company in San Diego and says they are the best and they are NOT! The products are super CHEAP and not even of quality. I met some older lady at the grocery store and she had gone her hair done and they stole money from her. She purchased a whole unit for her hair and it did not work out and Randy did not even give her the money back? Wow, this will tell you I’m not the only person these people have taken advantage of but God watches everything and it all comes back! Pretty shameful of you Ultimate Hair Dynamics!

Wow I didn’t realize that I forgot to write a update. Better late than never right? So my sister has been enjoying her hair for a little over a year now. She says that every once in a while her head does itch a little but that is a small price to pay to feel the confidence she never thought she would have again. The hair piece was made especially for her through a mold of her head. When they attached it I was blown away! She looked amazing. The people at hair dynamics went above and beyond to make sure she is happy after every appointment.

First off I want to say that the team at UHD provide great customer service. They are all very helpful and always take the effort to always make me feel very comfortable.
Randy has a great personality and was willing to do what it takes to help me gain my confidence back with a great quality hair system without making me feel pressured to make a decision on the spot.
I have had appointments with three different stylists and they have all been wonderful and accommodating. I walk out of every appointment feeling wonderful about my hair and my look. I also get compliments all the time about my hair.

Top quality hair! Even if you are satisfied but they don’t think it’s the best they can do, they will fix it, replace it, or do whatever they have to do to make sure its perfect.
Their customer service is top notch! Everyone is very welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable. All clients have a private room with cable TV to watch while they get their hair done, and the rooms provide total privacy. They bring you snacks and beverages and make you feel very comfortable and taken care of. It’s just a really nice salon. Much classier then any la Jolla salon i’ve been to.
The quality of hair you get at UHD is by far the best you can find. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at the «best» salons and UHD surpasses them by a long shot. Thanks a lot staff!

I have been experiencing hair loss on my top and forward area of my head for several years. I wore full wigs that was uncomfortably hot. I’ve worn small cap units with clips that were never secure. I always felt that my wigs were fake and everyone new they were. To make it worse, these wigs were made with human hair.
Randy A. is the owner and consultant of the company. He was the second company that I went too and was very impressed with his genuine care and friendliness.
He took the time to show me the various types of base units, explained the cost and the types of programs that he offers. I admit, the priceline may seem high, but I now know what kind of workmanship is put into his products.
My unit was measured and fitted to my head. The end product fits like a glove. He tried to match the hair to my own. Not only in color, but in the physical type of hair that I have.
It took close to 60days to finally get fitted and matched to one of his stylists. He matched me with Brevelyn, She is great at coloring. She listens, and she remembers the little details that I ask for. So far, I have enjoyed a great experience in having a full head of hair that looks like my own.
Randy and Brevelyn do go beyond basic customer service. They listened, they cared, and they’ve delivered a product that they promised they would.
As of now, we are in the process of making another unit because Randy felt that the current one that I now wear did not meet his standards. He felt the hair was not close enough to the texture of my hair. All at no additional cost to me.

I spoke with this guy Randy on the phone in length. He bad mouthed all the other companies in the area. Kept saying he was the best. Very overpriced. I found someone else who is honest. These are the type of companies that take advantage of consumers and people need to watch out before they get ripped off.

I hold a position that requires me to be in the face of the public. Coming from other companies that I do not care to mention, I felt taking advantage of with the poor quality of work they did. Because of that, it drove me to find another company. That change brought me to UHD, what a difference, from the superb customer service, to the professional staff and the excellent product. It has been almost 3 years since I made the change, I can’t mention one bad thing about your company. I feel so great in switching over here, I feel much better with the way I look. I know I always say this when I come in, but I can’t say it enough times for all that you’ve done for me: «Thank You»!!!
