I have been using them for the past 10 years, except for the occasional button lost here and there I have never had any major issues with the service. My dry cleaning is always available at the time stated and I never had any clothing items lost or stolen. They’re always professional and extremely friendly whenever my husband and I drop off clothes. We tend to drop off 20 + items which works out as a really great deal for us. Once you bring over 10 item it becomes cheaper per item.

***LAWENFORCEMENTBEWARE*** Took bunch clothes for husband and they can’t seem to find it. Lady at first try to convince me that someone must of picked it up for me, highly unlikely since I have my receipt in my hand and my husband doesn’t get out from work to get out in time to pick up laundry. Then said if I was sure I was handing her an old ticket, I pointed out how receipt for drop off was two days prior so it’s not old. They maybe looked for my clothes for 2 minutes in just one of the sections and asked me again if someone picked up for me, irritating at this point since I still have my ticket in hand. She then went through a list people sign in assuming when picking up clothes for someone else to see if my ticket/name was there, no surprise it wasn’t. Then I ask them what now since you seem to have lost my clothes, lady told me she will contact me in a day to see if they find my clothes and make her manager aware of the situation. She then states that they might have given my clothes to someone else by mistake A HUGEDEAL considering i tend to drop of law enforcement uniforms, luckily not this time, if I had a civilian can now impersonate a cop. They need a better/more secure system to give back clothes I guess my mistake was paying for my clothes when I dropped them off then someone actually has to pay for the dry cleaning before grabbing them. Definitely never dry cleaning officer uniform here and if I will continue services here will depend on how they react and hold responsibility for my «lost» clothes at this point. Will update on my ordeal till then my husband will have to live off of one work shirt and one pair of pants.

Convenient location for shirts and pants that doesn’t need a delicate hand. But for anything else — silk dresses, cotton coats — forget it. They are not very good at their jobs. Unfriendly attitude aside(as long as they get the stains out, I can care less about their personality) both of the garments I left with them still ended up with stains. I went over each stains prior so they’d know where the stains were. I wanted to make sure they got them out. I was still fully charged for their failed«cleaning». Cleaners are a plenty. I shall find another one. I Do NOT recommend.

Never again… proceed with caution!!! I dropped off a suit and a few dress shirts for a wedding. After picking up the items I noticed that my dress shirts and my suit and horrible wrinkles. I would have been better off just ironing it myself. It looks like they left my dry cleaning on the floor for a few days. After calling them to see if they could fix it for me they said it would be a few days.(The wedding was tomorrow.) I would strongly recommend not going to this place.

I have been going to this cleaners for over 10 years. My husband likes his polo shirts dry cleaner so not to lose the color, So I always take over 10 items. The ladies that work there are always so nice. A smile and willing to help. Some reviews may complain about service or how the clothes come out. I have always had a great experience. I do not live close, but willing to drive. The prices are great. There can be no complaints I had taken a suit suit to another cleaners in Rancho Bernardo, thinking would take better care spent $ 25 and the cleaners ruined the suit. It came back stained with red. It was the first time to the cleaners. So I love this cleaners for the cost, the service and over all look of my garments when returned. I think it is called Silver Cleaners now.

meh… they are all over San Diego, it’s not just one location. They pick up the clothes with their van and clean it at one location. I wouldn’t take my clothes there after I took it there few times. Bad job, they staple tickets right through your fabric, making holes, they can’t get any stains out and generally do a sloppy job.

I think it’s a decent dry cleaning place for a good price. They are somewhat shady though. I brought in 3 half length winter coats. First, the lady said $ 3 for each but then looking at it and speaking to her sidekick in another language the price changed to $ 4 each. I went ahead with it anyways but it makes me not want to go back.

I haven’t had any problems with this place yet. I go here because its convenient to get to… and if you bring in 10 or more items, then they are all about $ 1.85? I usually just let my husbands dress shirts pile up and take them all in at once. I once had some satin table cloths that needed to be dry cleaned too. They initially said that they don’t do those types of things, but then graciously took them and charge me about $ 4 each. Not bad.

So as if the repeatedly bad service wasn’t enough… I dropped off a few items last Tuesday, including a dress I was going to wear to a Xmas party. I came back on Thursday at 5:53pm and they were closed… with my Xmas party dress inside! They’re supposed to close at 6pm. Fml. Shame on me for even thinking of giving this place another chance. Never again.
