I would give no stars if I could! Ive had so many problems with this company since it gained new ownership under a man named «Scott». I recently took my phone in for a repair and although it was done in a timely manner, when I got it back it started glitching out, it worked just enough to get me through my business trip, but barely. keep in mind that this same problem happened before with this guy, and the last time he told me «the company sent faulty screens» so they replaced the screen, but only after 20 minutes of argument. so when I came back from my business trip, having had to put up with a glitchy screen (which is extremely annoying) I went back to Scott and told him that the same problem was happening.
first off, he pretended that he didn’t even recognize me, although I have been dealing with him since he opened, then he asked me for my receipt, I said that I didnt have it and so he started acting like I was trying to rip him off! can you believe the nerve of this guy?!
He insisted that it had been too long to bring back and fix, even though he didnt remember who I was (conveniently for him!), and he didnt have any proof that it had been more than thirty days, and the fact still remains that he sold me a faulty screen AGAIN!
I paid $ 140 to have this screen replaced, which is $ 80 more than last time I paid him to have my iphone screen fixed!
horrendous customer service and criminal like behavior are the two ways I would describe this business. I wouldn’t be surprised if they had a second set of books to cover up their illegal activity.

If I couldd leave no stars I would, this plaa ace is nice to you when they want your money once they have it your on your own. I payed $ 149 for an iPhone 6 plus replacement (even thou b I should have gone to Apple for a cheaper more official fix) exactly one week later just dropped the phone from my lap on to the floor getting out of my car, and the phone completely discombobulated. The screen cracked and popped out of my phone. I went back to uno wireless because clearly there must be a warranty or something. But no there was nothing they could do nothing for me. I explained how I dropped my iphone abut 300 times and it didn’t break until the 301^st time (exaggeration, but they got the point), and here I have they’re screen on for a week and first time it falls and my phone is in pieces? What kind of quality product is that. $ 10 off is the best they could do for me. They sure we’re nice and helpful when they wanted my business but once they had it they could not be bothered to help me anymore. I couldn’t believe it what kind of a place provides a product they do that stand behind I will never shop here again

I feel bad that it has taken this long to write a review. I go to this place frequently to pay my bill old school style. The problem is that I got a carrier whose website is unbelievably terrible. Thankfully the people at the store are able to take care of it very quickly. They offer knowledgeable advice on the various carriers so that you are sure to get the best deal for your needs

I would give this place more stars if I could! They have a 30 day warranty they WILL honor to the fullest. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I have always walked out of this store happy. I will def be back for my cell phone needs!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! They do not stand by their shotty work. These guys replaced the screen on my iPhone recently for nearly $ 200. This included the new screen, the «glass protector» and a new case. The case had a compartment for a credit card or money and the door would not stay shut in the first week. Shortly thereafter, the screen began to peel off on its own. This made it hard to answer calls or use the phone. I pressed the screen back into the phone and it cracked from the pressure. I took the phone and crappy case back to the store. They said they would replace the crappy $ 10 case but I would have to pay another $ 150! This is a SCAM!

Great metro PCS location, as well as other carriers! The employees are very knowledgeable and nice, friendly and helpful! They have a lot of cell phone cases! Definitely will tell my friends to go to this location!

First, I confess I am very hard on small gadgets and basically anything not encased in titanium.
This afternoon, I was at wits end, a whole day with tech support, trying to get my Page Plus phone functioning. Page plus people are apparently trained to pretend they speak some made up language made up of beeps and snorts, then transfer you to still another tormentor.
So anyway, I was pretty close to bouncing this marvel of electronic mayhem off of a busy intersection. The gentlemen at UNO took my information, sent me off for a half hour and
somehow made my phone functional! Very kind, patient people and I will not hesitate to return when this phone meets an untimely end. Why can’t phones be made of the stuff airline black boxes are? By the way, lots of great beers and eateries all around the Uno shop while they do secret voodoo
rituals to raise the dead phone!

Very professional and extremely helpful. Uno wireless has helped me w/​my cracked screen (twice) and I can pay my bill here. This is my place when it comes to my phone. Will definitely come back.

iPhone 5C screen shattered. Glass started falling out so I finally decided to get it fixed. Dropped it off on a Saturday morning, went to Sprouts, came back and it was fixed. Great price, fast service.

Great friendly people looking to help people out. I recently lost my phone and needed something to hold me over until my contract expires in 1 month. I walked into Unto Wireless and was greeted by two very nice gentlemen. I feel like it was a father/​son duo but I could be wrong. I told them my story (lost phone on vacation) and they sympathized immediately. The owner ended up selling me a used phone for $ 50 less then what I had already agreed to over the phone a threw in the tax. Having had a bad last two days, these acts of kindness made me feel better and it was the principle of helping someone out not the $ 50 that turned my day around. Just a true «mom & pop» shop with good people that deserved 5 stars.

I bought an iPhone 6 which comes with a SIM card programmed to access T-​Mobile networks. However, since I use Page Plus Cellular (and save $ 50 per month over a Verizon contract), I needed a Verizon SIM card. The owner of Uno Wireless quickly replaced the SIM card and activated the phone for me for $ 25. I called a dozen dealers listed on Page Plus’ web site but none of them would do this simple task.
I will return to this store for every cell phone need because of their competence and fair prices.

One of the guys here fixed my screen and back glass on my iPhone 4s. It came out perfectly, and only took about an hour or so to do both sides. I was impressed. Good price also.
I would recommend coming here for screen repairs if you have an unfortunate event happen to your mobile device. I trust these guys with my digital life.

Fast, friendly and affordable cell phone repairs in ocean beach. They repaired the cracked screen of my I phone 5 with quality of work for fraction of what apple charges in a short amount of time. New owners, same garbage product. Don’t let the free phones fool you, you get what you pay for. Phones break in a week and you still get charged for new ones. I advise to stay as far away as possible. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
