After you signed the contract, then you are no longer their customer because they got you. It has been more than two months and they have not resolved my trade in. They keep dragging on without tell me the reason why. They refuse to let me talk to the upper management. This is what they told me «not thing else they could do» and they blame on their account manager. It is a matter of principal, integrity and honesty, which they has none. Stay away from this dealer.

*** 0STARS*** Verizon does not care about their customers!!! I bought a $ 43.50 screen protector, one week later I dropped it and the screen protector cracked! I bought an expensive protector for it to not crack on the first drop!!! If i wanted a cheap protector I would have bought one from Amazon for $ 7 I went to the store and they told me it would cost another $ 30 to replace it! No way I’m gonna spend another dime on a cheap quality which is over priced! Worst store ever!!! Your goal is to make your customers HAPPY!!!

Eek! Methinks not! This place will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign on the dotted line. Everything here is more expensive than buying at a corporate store, and with only a fraction of the customer support.

I had the most unfortunate luck of doing business with Ricardo, the store manager here. These guys are shady, try to change their own policies, and basically want to milk you for all they can while keeping a smile on their faces. Zero business integrity. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews before making any type of transaction here. I was ready for an upgrade, and was set on the Samsung S6 so I wanted to stop in and take a look at the phone before purchasing on the Verizon site. They told me that their prices were«the same if not cheaper» than buying it at online/corporate. I was just really excited to get a new phone, so foolishly I believed them while giving them the benefit of the doubt. They did not have the color I wanted, so they were willing to let me use a white S6, and call me when my phone came in. I repeatedly asked and confirmed if the deal I was getting was the same as if I did it online/corporate, and multiple times they confirmed that it was. I signed all the necessary paper work, and Ricardo goes, hey I’ll throw in a free screen protector for your inconvenience. I was pretty happy, and felt like these guys really cared about their customers… THISWASTHETURNINGPOINT. As soon as you sign that paperwork, their customer service becomes non-existent. I had to waste my whole day waiting for a call that I never received on the supposed delivery date. I eventually called them and found out that my phone did arrive, they just didn’t bother to let me know…(This was near closing time) No worries, again I gave them the benefit of the doubt. maybe they were busy? I went to go shop for some accessories online, and wound up at the Verizon site. Samsung S6 retail price: $ 576.00. We R Wireless charged me $ 650! I called the next day, and basically they said I was screwed, that they could do nothing about their price, and if I wanted to return it I would have to pay an $ 80 restocking fee. $ 80?! My receipt clearly stated the restocking fee was $ 50 within 14 days(restocking at Verizon corporate is only $ 35). How is he trying to change his own store’s policy and raise the restocking fee just so I won’t do a return? Dirty. Furious about how sketchy the situation turned, I decided to go in the store and take the hit of paying the restocking fee just to get out of any type of contract with them, and not give them my business. I said I was willing to pay the $ 50 as stated on my contract and be done with it! I told him how I felt«wronged by their dishonesty» when stating that their prices were«the same if not cheaper» than corporate Verizon. He took offense to this claiming that he never said their prices were the same, and then said he doesn’t know their prices at all. WOW. It get’s worse. Remember that screen protector that he threw in free of charge? The screen protector that I never asked for or even wanted? He now wanted to charge me $ 30 for that! I was in no way, shape, or form willing to get screwed that bad and pay for something that he threw in for free on his own accord. During this whole crapfest of a SIMPLE return, he kept mumbling«this is what I get for trying to help people». No Ricardo, this is what you get for trying to screw people and do bad business. Gaining a couple bucks is NOT worth jeopardizing your companies reputation. I hope you guys read this before getting into business with«We R Wireless». Learn from my mistakes, and take your business elsewhere.

This store really took care of me, I was really impressed by Ricardo the store manager. He was very professional and recommended the Galaxy S5, I love it! Give this store a visit for anything, they are super chill, not pushy at all. I recommend this store any day. They gave me excellent customer service, I’m sticking to this location

Terrible customer service. My son broke his phone and we tried to file a claim. I found out that they had a third party insurance that some how ceased to exist. No one contacted me to tell me. The whole time I was thinking I had insurance and I didn’t. I also found out that they didn’t offer any other insurance but that one. Verizon said that I could have gotten their insurance but it was never offered. Avoid this place at all cost. Go to a legitimate Verizon store.

STAYAWAY! Go to a corporate Verizon. They’re an authorized dealer meaning they are authorized to sell Verizon but aren’t a corporate office. Which also means they don’t give a rats ass about your business once they’ve made the sale. I purchased a car charger from this location not knowing this. The car charger stopped working after 3 weeks, it was defective. I went into the store and asked to exchange it. The girl that«helped» me stated if I had the packaging & the invoice she MIGHT be able to exchange it. She made a lousy attempt to go through the stores records expressing there were to many invoices to go through. She then said she’d have to ask the person who sold it to me permission to process the exchange(I’m assuming because he would lose the sale) and then IF that person said yes then the store manager would have to approve it. All in all she offered absolutely no help and created obstacles versus solutions. Reminding me that after two weeks it’s their call. I wasn’t asking for a refund I wanted a car charger that worked! 3 weeks isn’t acceptable. I’ve never had this issue at a corporate office. I’ve been w Verizon for 8 plus years & I’ve exchanged defective items with absolutely no issues.

Here’s the truth about AT&T. Yep, it’s under the Verizon umbrella because my mentor Is dealing with Verizon and that is the subject of this review. How it got started is this review’s purpose. He and I both broke our respective cell phones. His is a Verizon purchase. Mine is from THEM, AT&T. Both of us contacted our respective company and was told that a replacement device would be forwarded to us the next day, 24 hours turn around time. Just for clarity, lets say the promise was made on last Wednesday. On Thursday(actually less than 24 hours), my replacement arrived via USPS, the post office(a story all by itself left for another review). My mentor paid money to have his device arrive in 24 hours the same way I did. Almost a week later he is still waiting for his delivery. After a phone call to the company, he found out the company would credit his account the fee paid for overnight delivery. That’s all they said. He will get a credit on his account. What about the device? When will he get it? Incredibly, the company still says he will get it overnight. Have they gone mad? Verizon completely blew by the 24 hour window, but, what is worse, they don’t seem to know it. So my point is this: AT&T is often maligned over various issues and the brand is drug through the mud while competitor brands are uplifted at AT&T’s expense. Here now is an example of why it’s unfair. Of why it’s misleading to trash AT&T but praise their competitor, Verizon. The truth about AT&T is in the fact that I’m writing this review on my new phone that I received within 24 hours of my claim to them while my mentor is still waiting on Verizon to keep it’s promise. Maybe I’ve become the mentor. Maybe AT&T has become the hero. Albert N Limton

My contract with Verizon is up, so I decided to go in to talk about renewing my contract and getting a new phone. The guy who we talked to wasn’t the least bit helpful, and I could have definitely found more information online. He couldn’t tell me how much a new contract would cost, or what it would include. He told me «I think they’ll make you get this plan… which would cost about this much, but I’m not sure, it could be more.»… Not very specific or helpful at all.
