They shrunk my leather jacket and after months of getting the run around, are now saying there is nothing they can do, even thought they admit that their leather cleaner shrunk the jacket. Worst dry cleaner ever.

Worst place ever to go to for alterations! Messed up my dress pants, went back to see if they can fix or do something about it and before I could even ask the owner was like its gonna cost you. She was rude and didn’t even consider to say you know what since we messed up and I didn’t know how to advice you I will give you a discount or something. Also they are not very presentable nor friendly, will NEVER go there again. My first time getting an alteration and of course I had to deal with ppl that don’t know anything about it.

Worst cleaners I have ever been to! If you love your clothes, do NOT go here. Have been using them for about one year for all our families’ dry cleaning, at least 8 pieces per week. They damage clothing; especially buttons and after repeatedly asking them to repair them(they claim they always do), the repairs are never done. They ignore stains on clothes, and by dry cleaning them without pre-treating the stain cause it to set in even further. They also ignore any alteration requests(like original hem on jeans) and I’ve gotten back several dresses that were just wrong — even after they pinned it on me for correct measurements. Awful, awful, awful!

This place is garbage. Horrible customer service. I asked for same day when I meant next day and she yelled at me saying that I can’t do same day because its already 4pm. They charged me $ 20 for three shirts and slacks. Way too expensive… I could have gone to another place where I usually go for 10 bux. Only reason why I went cuz its across the street and I was in a time crunch. Do not go.

I will never go back to Westview Cleaners again. My wool dressy pants shrank and the lining is hanging down. Too tight for me to put my legs thru. Obviously, someone there water-washed it instead of dry clean, but the woman would not admit the fault. She says her staff are professional and never, NEVER make mistakes. She added that the pants were like that from the beginning. I could not help laughing on her comment. Not long before this incident, they also ruined my suede jacket. It was apparently outsourced to a lether clearner, but came back with stiffened and stained collar and most part of the jacket. The lining came off the shell and was sagging in the bottom. It was totally ruined. The same woman said it was the best they could do. I would not recommend this place. Sooner or later, they will create more victims.

a local dry cleaner that does a decent job at a decent price. my company tried to charge me like $ 10 per item so I looked for a local place. this place is decent. it takes 2 days to clean — so not for someone needed a same day service. but it helps to add into the other local services placed next door(bank, subway, pizza)

This is a quality cleaner. Not only do they do fantastic work, but the owner travis is one of a handful of HONEST business owners. This man is not only involved in the community but would give the shirt off his back to help another human being. 5 stars. Giving good people who do fine work my business makes it a heck of a lot easier to part with my hard earned money.

No price list is available, prices are high($ 5 – 6 per item including sleeveless tops), and I was«accidentally» charged triple of the actual cost just to be seemingly unapologetically told«I overcharged you, here’s the receipt showing the credit for the difference of $ 40.» Especially irritating was the fact that it was on my bank card aka checking account so the charge is immediate but the credit takes 3 – 4 business days to post. Granted, it’s not the $ 1,000+ that Home Depot mistakenly charged me(is it just me this happens to?) but at least Home Depot apologized profusely and worked with my bank to expedite the credit back. The only reason I didn’t give Westview Cleaners(which happens to be the same owner/franchise as Beasley Cleaners) one star is they did a decent job on the dry cleaning.
