I wish I had read these reviews before getting 4 sliding glass doors installed with this company! The doors they installed are very cheep material and now they are literally falling apart. They come with a lifetime warranty and I’ve been trying to contact them for a month to get them fixed and no one is calling me back. Terrible products and service in even worse.

WOW — SO unprofessional. Made an appointment last week for this afternoon in 4 hours. Gave the scheduler all my information, including that only I would be home for the appointment — not my husband. The office called last night to confirm — same thing as before — my husband will not be here. Just 30 minutes ago, another guy called to confirm and asked if both my husband and I would be there — I said no, but that I was getting the quotes. He immediately said, «call back to reschedule» and hung up on me!!! What a Scam! I called the office to report him, was told someone would call me back and nothing yet. I’ve got at least a $ 8,000 job (they asked exactly how many windows, etc. first phone call), so guess they don’t need the business.

I’m with the first reviewer— unprofessional and dishonest. We experienced the same thing. The guy came out w/​o measuring anything or taking any notes. Out of thin air he pulls out a price. No consideration of cost of materials, etc. He «sweetens» the deal saying we get discounts and allowances. WTF?
I’m looking for someone else, thank you Mr. Cheeseball.

Women beware. I needed to replace all the windows in my home. Two of my friends recommended two different places so my plan was to meet with each of them and make my decision. Requested my free estimate online. When they called, they refused to make an appt if my husband wasn’t going to be there. Excuse me… I am the one making this decision. They wouldn’t budge. Well, they lost a chance at a large sale. If this is there attitude, do you really want to buisness with them?
