Wings-N-Things

This place is large and nice and close to the office. Food is great and price is right.
My only complaint (more of a pet peeve) is when joining e-​club they make you print the coupons to bring to the location. If that’s the case call it «print-​your-​coupon» club. The whole point of ‘e’ in e-​club is electronic. Start accepting electronic copies and save some dang trees and your customers time. Hate that stuff.

Worst customer service I have ever received at a wing place. Carlos was very nice and helpful. The lady, however was incredibly rude. She let me stand at the bar for 10 minutes waiting, Carlos had to let me know that we could order at the front not the bar. Then I placed my order, the lady just had the worst demeanor, not friendly, not looking up from her register when she talked to me, almost ran into me with her ice bucket, and told me just to go get my napkins myself. The wings were good, but the service was so bad that my family and I will never come back here.

Went during lunch by myself, ordered the 6 piece wings and waited 40 minutes after ordering for my meal to arrive at my table. I had to go to the front and ask about my meal and got the response it will be ready in a minute after watching every customer who ordered 30 minutes after me received there food and they were not a call in. When I received my meal half the wings were cold. Very up setting. Horrible customer service with no personality. Will never go back to this location!!!

Only good thing about this location is the amount of seating compared to others especially the bar.
Service was the worst tho. Especially Carlos, being dismissive and rude. Each time I said «Hey excuse me» I had to repeat myself. Simply acknowledge your mistake and apologize. They had to be asked twice for the beer, taking 12 minutes from receipt to the table while the food was out in 8. Beer was cheap for a pint of craft but if it’s not coming out way before the food we don’t want it. We ordered carrots only and they forgot, I asked for the missing carrots and beer and got a half order of carrots only. There were no lemon wedges available as well. Very simple things can ruin the customer experience, especially when the other locations run their stores correctly.

First time to this location, I have to say… hands down the best wings and things yet! Oh man, it’s so fresh and not to mention the beer!!! That sculpin; freaking amazing. So cold, like super cold. Just how beers should be, the staff is very attentive and acknowledge me right away. Great attitude and very clean environment. Definitely coming back here.

I love this place !!! Every time I got my food it was good. I usually get take out and it was no mistake. Food was always consistent. Thank you !!!

Great boneless dinner — great breadsticks — prices getting high tho don’t go as often as I would like… still good food !

The moderate, gs are boneless old school wings are to die for!!! The bread — -OMG it is so good. This last time that the family and I came here, service took forever but it could have been because it was closer to closing time. Besides that, I love this place!

For the price id pay for my wife and my dinner we got ripped off cuz the tenderloin strips we bought were really small and there wasnt enough sauce that covered the strips not impressed

This place is clean and pretty quick with orders, I’m a repeat customer and will be for the for along time to come!

I’ve only been here once but I probably won’t come back. Only 4 beers on tap. The wing sauce was tasty, but the boneless wings were breaded and over-​sauced, and just sort of soggy. The food is served on black plastic plates like I’m at sad picnic and I really don’t understand why they don’t even have ketchup bottles at the tables! WHY would you make your customers squeeze ketchup packets?!? And don’t get me started on these crumbs they call fries.

This place has REALLY good wings. Much more of a bargain than Buffalo Wild Wings, a whole lot quieter too. Eat here, do not ask questions. Like Ben Stiller said, «Do it. Do it.»

Never had a problem with this place before… But today lo and behold a hair in our chicken! Flip it over and we found another. I’m talking long thick black hairs.
We lost our appetite. Luckily we hadn’t take a bite yet. We got a refund and a half hearted sorry. Also got an offer to take the food to go as they were gonna toss it out. Uhm, no thanks.

This place serves beer so that’s an automatic plus. The chicken here is typical buffalo style chicken. I have never had issues with the food here and it is always consistent when I need my buffalo chicken fix. I found today the greatest thing I have in a while… buffalo pizza sticks. Absolutely dee-​lish-​us.

The sauce is what gets this place the 5 star rating. It is unbelievable. Breadsticks are bomb. But the sauce sauce sauce. Pah pah pah. Wings are ok but the sauce.
Make sure you order «extra wet», that’s actually a thing, but I feel like a perv and can’t help giggling every time I say it

I stopped at this Wings-​N-​Things to grab some dinner while waiting for the rush hour traffic to die down before heading home. It’s my first time at this location and I am, as always, very satisfied.
The cashier I had was fast, efficient, and professional. The server I had was friendly as well. The food was VERY fresh, not over sauced, and came out pretty quickly. I ordered the 4 piece tenderloins and an order of breaded mushrooms. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they still offer the mushrooms since all of the Wings-​N-​Things I have been to stopped serving them a couple of years ago. The tenderloins were hot, moist, and delicious. I just wish they had a smaller portion option as I can barely even finish 2 of them! Wings-​N-​Things also has the best breadsticks! They’re always so soft and warm. I also really liked that they serve Dr. Pepper here as the other locations do not. They also have a sit down bar here with a few beers on tap and plenty of seats and tvs.
The only cons I would have about this place is that the bathroom is over fragranced and I could smell it when I came into the restaurant. Also, this location is a little difficult to access. If you miss the turn, you have to go around the block again. Other than that, I would certainly come back again!

This place is on point, the people working here do a good job keeping it clean and moving fast.
The food speaks for itself.
Chicken pizza bread is very good. Definitely not what I expected…

Let me start by saying that I am really not a fast food person at all. In fact, I loathe places like Wendys Subway’s, McDonald’s, Burger King etc. Their food doesn’t even taste like food to me.
However, I have a special place in my heart for wings and things. I have been eating at wings and things for probably 15 years now since they used to be located on the other side of Midway Drive. I always get there boneless chicken tenderloins where you get four large tender moist perfectly cooked chicken strips with your choice of sauce. My favorite sauces are the medium and the lemon pepper and sweet chili.
Also the breadsticks here are some of the best in town, they blow Olive Garden’s out of the water in my opinion.
My secret is I order it to go and take it home and enjoy the meal without the casual atmosphere. But since they moved to this new location, I will say it is more comfortable and has a lot of sports on the TV so eating here isn’t out of the question as long as you don’t mind using plastic utensils and crappy napkin dispenser napkins!
Anyway try wings and things and you’ll never go back to Wingstop or buffalo wild wings again!

Theres a fat girl in the back that gives people dirty looks. Makes the atmosphere of place seem trashy. Im disappointed this is the only location ive been to that has the buffalo shrimp or else I would never come back.
The food is great.
The staff is severely lacking.

The family pack is a good deal, and they allow you to swap out some of the wings for boneless options, if you want. I like that they don’t get all set on the pack specifications, and allow for substitutions.
They serve decent wings, but they’re not spectacular. They do the job on those occasions (far too many for my liking) when my husband is craving wings.
I wouldn’t mind seeing some more flavor options offered. I like buffalo wings, but I also like variety in sauces. I’ve taken to getting the lemon pepper wings — no sauce, but a lot of oil underneath the wings. It can be a little off-​putting.
The prices are fair, and the service is friendly more often than not. They turn out wings quickly, which is another bonus. They have TVs all around the restaurant, and they offer things other than wings (I guess that’d be the «n Things» part of their name.)
It’s an okay place to stop if you’re looking for quick, to-​go wings. I’d just really like to see a little more variety in wing flavor offerings.
