Hands down, toddler African drum class with Nana is the most fun thing to do with your child 2 months to a 4 years. It is enriching and joyful. It is really fun and attracts people from all different cultures. I made other mom friends at this class. It is such a great activity that I had a successful 1 year old birthday party for my son with Nana’s African drum class (and my other friends did too).

Great fun and excellent instruction! I’ve been attending Juan’s classes for about a year. He’s not only helped with my technique, but taught me a lot about Afro Cuban music. He’s an amazing musician and gifted teacher, who makes everyone in the class feel welcome, no matter what their age or level. He emphasizes ensemble playing, patiently teaching individual parts, and providing opportunities to perform, for those interested. (Completely optional.) When everyone plays together, it’s really exciting! Juan’s love and respect for the music shines through in his playing and his teaching.
