Wurts Contract Furnishers

I recently had the padding under my carpet replaced in my closet. I rent from Bowden Properties, and they chose Wurts Interiors to fix my problem. I made THREE different appointments with the company. They never showed during any of our appointment times. I find this extremely upsetting because they were replacing the carpet in my building as well as the building next to mine. Two days after our last failed SCHEDULED appointment I hear a knock on my door. Wurts has sent someone to replace my padding.
I explain to the gentleman that we dont have an appointment today.
He replies, Wurts called me to set an appointment.
When I check my phone, I see Kim from Wurst Interiors called me literally 4 mins before I answered the door.
I am very disappointed in the professionalism of the company. The workers were all very nice and apologetic.
I spoke with my apartment manager in passing. She mentioned, they had scheduled 5 days of work between to two buildings. We are now on 10 day.
I give Wurts Interiors one star for their lack of professionalism and unreliability. If you are looking for a dependable and punctual business, Wurts Interiors is not the business for you.
