Z Ultimate Self Defense studios is number 1 in my book. I’ve been studying with Z Ultimate Self Defense in Tierrasanta for the past 6 years, for which I’ve received my 1^st degree black belt. I wouldn’t study martial arts anywhere else. The instructor in Tierrasanta is topnotch. He also taught my three children. Z Ultimate is a state of the art self defense because they teach you not only self defense, but they teach you self confidence, self discipline, self respect, and respect for others. Z Ultimate is second to none.

Great Sensei… they truly care about their students, no matter what their age. My daughter was a student at age 12 and I became one at 47. They build your confidence, knowledge, and skill with positive reinforcement and approaches; never using negative, harsh, or inappropriate methods. Great studio for kids to learn discipline, respect, and honor in a time when these great traits seem harder to find in many sports. They are part of a larger organization that participates in organized tournaments for all students to be a part of. If you want your child to become more «bully-​proof», let them learn to defend themselves with confidence and self-​control or maybe even stand up for someone else being bullied. If you are a woman, this is a must. You will learn to have the confidence to not panic when faced with danger. It doesn’t matter what your size, shape, gender, or age, I would recommend at least spending some time improving your mind and body with skills you will learn.
