As young first time home buyers we were looking for a good starter home for our small but growing family. We started our home buying process with Zandra in March 2014 and we found «the one» a few weeks later! Zandra was efficient, reliable, fast, assuring and comforting during the whole entire process from the day we met her to this day. We could not have been more lucky to get such an amazing realtor! She walked us through every step and never let anything slip through the cracks. She explained any and everything we had a question about. She was available to us ²⁴⁄₇ and always responded to us quickly and thoroughly. We were impressed with her customer service as well as her knowledge of the business. She was always looking out for our family and never led us astray or made us settle for anything. She did not seem to be bothered or confused like some other realtors we had spoken with after giving our list of wants/​needs. She responded quickly and had plenty for us to look at. We began going to look at places within a few days of meeting her. When we found what we wanted she made sure she was aggressive and proactive when it was time to put in an offer. She is obviously good because we beat out a few other offers that were made. Zandra then aided us in getting a good loan officer and made sure we were in good hands. She stayed with us the entire process, even through the ups and downs of escrow we could call/​text her day or night. We didn’t expect to make a new friend through this process, but we now consider her a part of our family. Zandra is the best realtor we have come across and we did extensive research and interviews with plenty of agents. If you are looking for a realtor that has your best interest at heart and not their own and gets the job done then look no further, she is the one!
