I briefly worked for this company and they seem to have high turnover in employees including myself. I guess I asked too many questions. Owner would record the conversations and if he wasn’t satisfied with our appointment setting, he would have the accountant fire us. The filing was a mess and after I help him organize his office, he fired me. Very unprofessional company. Customers would call to complain and we had to refund their money. I don’t know how this guy stays in business.

REMEMBERWHENMOMTAUGHTYOU«IFITSOUNDSTOOGOODTOTRUE» This company ran a coupon in the money mailer for $ 45 whole house duct cleaning. It sounded like it could not be much of a cleaning but why not try? They did arrive on time and the good service ended there. The«foreman» came to the door with a surly look on his face and abruptly asked where the vents were. He opened one and gave me a sour look and asked if they were ever cleaned before?(They were but we have dogs and they drag a lot of dirt into floor vents). Within about 2 minutes he professed we cannot clean them without getting rid of the mold first. SCARY. NOT!!. I listened to his pitch, asked him to show me the mold, he pointed to a very dirty vent.(It is by the patio door, it gets dirty) There was no mold. I am REALTOR. I am in hundreds of houses each month. I have watched countless home inspections and mold tests. While not an expert I understand an can recognize mold. Bottom line. They claimed they could not clean the system until they treated for mold. I told them simply get out, I am not interested in up selling, sanitizing etc. NOTE: I warned the lady who booked the appointment that I would tolerate no strong pitches for other products, I wanted nothing other than the basic cleaning and not to waste my time. THEYWASTEDMYTIME. LOOKELSEWHERE. These guys operated out of an unmarked truck, came to the door with company T-shirts and a portfolio of products to up sell. I am confident their approach probably works on the uniformed, easily scared or anyone not able to simply say NOGETOUT!

Pros: The techs were very professional. Though they did offer and charge us more for additional services, trust me — we needed those! Our heater hasn’t been cleaned by previous owners, and the techs ended up cleaning a pile of debrees from the heating area. Excellent work, and very pleasant, professional technicians. Cons: I do NOT recommend their carpet cleaning services. It’s not the steam/shampoo cleaining you might expect! My impression is that they simply use a cold-water cleaning vacuum, which simply sprays and sucks the water back in. My rug still had all the same spots when they left. Also, I would highly recommend the company to start selling filters at cost. It’s very inconvenient to have to travel to Home Depo urgently(since they throw away the old, dirty filter) for a $ 20 filter. Even more so when it’s cold and rainy outside. Overall, a great service, and I will definitely use them again!

This seemed like a scam. They came out and it was a hard sell for a mold test and special disinfectant. If you google the vent cleaning process there are several articles that recommend against this and that it could actually be harmful to your health. Did not notice any difference in either the dryer or air vents.

Got word of their air duct cleaning services from penny saver and money mailer coupons. $ 45 for the whole house air duct cleaning up to a single furnace. Guys were young, came right in, and quickly cleaned the air ducts. They did an okay job but they missed all of the bathrooms Recommend: covering your carpets before letting them in to keep the place clean
