They took $ 125 from me and then stopped their service. No refunds! How can you take money for a service and not provide the service or give a refund?

Definitely needed in N. County San Diego. Used this service four times this month for pick up at 2 residences and at two businesses since the cabs along the 78 corridor are so unreliable.
Service is great, on time. Price is a little higher than a one-​way taxi ride, but the convenience of having your car at home and not having to arrange to pick up in the morning is more than worth it. you can preschedule a pickup or text from your location and get picked up within an hour. I’ve had two different drivers, both were on time, courteous, and pleasant.
Pricing is reasonable, rate change takes effect on Jan 1, 2012 which makes it a bit more expensive, but still a better deal than a round-​trip taxi ride and no risk. Just figure in the cost as part of your day or night out. Only thing I don’t like is the name.

The best service ever! My driver was very professional, courteous, kind, honest and safe! He arrived before the quoted time I signed the papers and off we went. He drove very well and took care of the car as it were his car. This service is better than any taxi service I have used and the fees are better! I will use this service again as well as recommend the service to others. Thank you ZeroDUI!
