If you are looking for an apartment for your son or daughter for school this is the place. I am just so glad we found it before it was all sold out. Clean convenient, safe. Those three things alone and I couldn’t sign a lease quick enough. The staff professional courteous and thankful for your business enough said.

San Diego, CA
Zuma is an AWESOME place to live! It’s right next to SDSU (and Trujillos) and is a really tight-​knit community since there are only 24 units.
Units come fully furnished (with a huge flat screen tv!) and if you’re moving here alone like me, they do a roommate matching program so that you live with people who share your interests, which is seriously the greatest.
It is gated and you get wifi, utilities, and cable included in your rent. The staff throws free dinners, barbecues, and parties in the courtyard for residents.
Rooms are spacious, maintenance/​staff are QUICK to respond to residents, and the residents here are super friendly and respectful. Everyone knows each other at Zuma.
