Zumba

I started Zumba about a month ago and so far I have attended 3 classes here! I thought I would be totally lost on my first class but the instructor was a great teacher and did a demonstration of the moves for the songs before she put on the music! So helpful! The music was great and I loved the modern fun songs she picked. My sister and I loved shaking our stuff and singing to the music. Give it a few classes before you decide if you like it or not. By the third class I had started to remember some of the moves and felt like I had gotten the best workout yet because I wasn’t focusing so hard on trying to learn the steps.
Classes are $ 8.00 but can be as low as $ 5.00 if you buy a class card. I definitely recommend bringing a friend & a water bottle and giving this a try!

I am new to Zumba and this class is so much fun.
Angelle uses great music and wonderful routines.
