Zumba Fitness Mira Mesa San Diego

So many years living in San Diego and did not even know that Mira Mesa has a skating rink (nightmarish parking) and on the top floor there is very cheerfully painted and illuminated disco-​era like dancing space.
I went last Saturday for a Bollywood-​Zumba class (amazing experience, ended up feeling like an Indian movie start, and the mix with the Latin moves was very interesting). Even though I bought my package through Kavita Studio, I got to know Blanca as zumba instructor this way.
She was extremely welcoming, making me feel one of the gang (most of the ladies and few gentlemen already knew each other from previous events or they frequent these parties) and explained that this was a combined event from different instructors.
Her personal style is very cheerful and happy, her technique and zumba style is too fast paced for me as I am mostly a beginner. Definitively she is the perfect instructor for someone who has a lot of energy and wants to be challenged in the moves.
I liked the experience and the location, so I will repeat!

Blanca is hands down the best zumba instructor I have ever had!!! I found her at the Toby Wells YMCA last year and just absolutely fell in love with zumba. Since cancelling my membership, I’ve searched far and wide for another zumba class that had the same qualities, expertise and energy as Blanca. I failed. I’ve tried to do the commute up to Mira Mesa to go to Blanca’s own studio, but it was a little too far out for me. Since then, I’ve sucked it up and signed up for the YMCA again just so I can keep going to Blanca’s classes. If you are in the Mira Mesa area, definitely try Blanca. She’s very high energy and will kick your butt with a nice choreographed work out. That is what sets her aside from other zumba instructors, more of a dance routine that just a one-​two step zumba move. Most recently, we’ve done Gangnam style… enough said.

Blanca is an awesome Zumba instructor!
I attended the Sunday beginners class and she was very patient as she lead the less than dace proficient among us through the steps. She is very enthusiastic and knows her dance moves.
