They are always really nice and friendly at this 711. They are helpful when I can’t find something and always have a good selections of coffee creamers. I have tried there’s pizzas once and they aren’t bad. The exit situation can be a little weird since you have to you turn or drive down baseline.

Horrible customer service from Alpesh and Amit. I asked if there were slurpee cups, he looked right at me and didn’t answer. I asked another time and still no response. I asked Amit for the 800 number for 7 — eleven complaint line, he responded as if he didn’t understand the words coming out of my mouth.
If you are going to work in a convenient store, you need to have a pleasant attitude at all times.
If you want to go to 7 — eleven look for another location. Don’t stop at the one near 210 fwy and foothill in San Dimas/La Verne area.

The man that’s named Peter that works there is incredibly rude. He doesn’t talk to you, he won’t give you a bag unless you ask for it and when you do ask, he rolls his eyes and grunts. I get it, you hate your life, but if you hate it so much why work there? Way to kill my morning, jerk.

Update: store isn’t as nice as it used to be. I used to come in a lot for slurpees but have switched over to the local circle k. They’ve made some improvements but every time I’ve gone for a slurpee it seems like half the flavors are out and/or gunk is like all over the floor and on the cups. Idk what’s up but hopefully they’ll change. Also, I don’t like the guys outside bumming but I know they can’t always control that.

Seems like seven eleven is having problems, was hearing lot of commotion in the store and checked on line and found this story
seems like 7 – 11 is trying to eliminate their franchises.
Well just got my slurpee which came free with the 7 – 11 app and a instant $ 5 Pizza was awesome.

Dirty, Dingy, Service is appalling. And the employees are Dishonest. The Slurpee machine was coated in melted sticky Slurpee, that drips down on the cups.

I stop at this 711 every morning for coffee before work. The staff always greet me with a smile, and a «good morning sir.» Perfect way to start my morning, a good strong coffee, a friendly smile, and positive people. Good Morning San Dimas!

I like this 7 – 11 easy parking and easy to get in or out. Sometimes there is a hobo out there, but the employee shoos him away. They were kind enough to remind us to come back for our free slurpee on 7 – 11
