We’ve been using AMC and Anthony for more than 5 years and it’s been a great relationship. AMC is our IT company for work (about 20 computers), and they are fantastic. All of the guys in the office are so nice and willing to jump on my computer right away when I have an issue with one of the programs. They do a great job of following up the next day to make sure that we are not having the problem continue. AMC is extremely professional and they get the job done. AMC from the start presented a solid plan, provided financing options, and upon complete on time payment from our approved financing. AMC jumped into action and in short order our IT and phone problems was solved. The action that AMC took for us now three years ago has paid off exponentially. We hear reports from our customers they are thrilled with our customer services due to having AMC IT and phone support make sure we are running ²⁴⁄₇. This allowed us to expand our company and contracts to provide a solid financial base. Horrible experience. I signed and paid for a 20K contract with this company before completing the contract I started receiving bills for monthly services. I called and questioned the bills, Sheldon issued a credit for one over charge and explained the balance I agreed to issue payment for them at that tie. The next day I get a call from my office letting me know that AMC has suspended our monthly services (invoices in question) and stopped implementation our phone transfer (paid in full on the original contract) due to payment. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY SUSPEND SERVICES FIRST AND ASK QUESTION LATER EVEN WHEN THEY ARE WRONG.
