My sister has been a resident here for a month and this is such a warm, friendly and comfortable place to live! This was a big change for my sister and we anguished over finding the right place for her! How lucky are we to find the best place possible here at Atria Rancho Park! How wonderful it is to know the staff and everyone here at Atria Rancho Park are warm, friendly and competent. I’ve watched the staff with some of the residents and they are always friendly and helpful. It’s a comfort at the end of the day to know my sister is in such a loving, caring environment! They have a great event calendar! And everyone knows the residents by name and they are so warm and caring, it’s amazing!!! We love the comfort Atria has given us in their care for our sister!

The reason I am giving Atria one star is 3 reasons: 1. My grandmother was there for a year and the pharmacy that Atria is under contract with is ripping the residents off. She was paying over $ 300 a month for her prescriptions. Now with the same medications she is only paying $ 58. While my grandmother was there we asked to use a different pharmacy and was told we could not. What a rip off. She could have saved almost $ 3000 but Atria makes you use«their» pharmacy. 2. My grandmother now has clothes that do not belong to her and is missing a lot of her clothes. If they do your laundry individually then why did her clothes always disappear? And her name was on the tags! 3. Sometimes it would take the staff up to an hour to get her changed. And I know this because I have been there when she has pressed her button and they took 40 minutes to come up. What if she was choking or having a heart attack?!! The staff is very friendly but there needs to be either more staff to get to residents or they need to respond in a more timely manner. The price isn’t bad for what you get here but they should be trying to save the residents money on their meds and clothes when spending this much for care.

Despise this place. My 93 year old grandmother lives here. The facility is old and decaying. It only had 2 elevators for seven floors worth of immobile residents. Those two elevators are the slowest ever. I really do hope there is never an emergency because everyone is going to be stuck. Service in the dining room can take upwards of an hour. The staff treat the residents like children, going so far as to chastise them like children. The only reason we are still here is because my grandmother hates moving.

My mother of 83 years of age, she came up with living at Rancho Park on her own. She could have lived with family. But she wanted to still live on her own as she has done for 35 years. It has been almost a month now and it looks like this is her new home. Starting with her apartment with view, friendly staff & residents, bowls of friut, dining room 7am~7pm, her laundry is done separately weekly, housekeeping weekly, a library, gym, monthly outings, weekly trips to post office, local library, Target, Walmart, Kohls doctor appointments are all driven by a nice patience driver in a lovely van. So hoping after the honey moon is over she will be as happy as she is today. Oh I forgot one of the most wonderful part of choosing Artria was they welcome pets! P. S. and did I mention its affordable
