I am floored by the other reviews. I was a walk-​in at Charms this morning and I was incredibly disappointed with my manicure and pedicure. The nail techs that I was given were very inexperienced, especially Steven. I was never asked how I found the service and when I attempted to tell the woman at the front desk that I wasn’t happy with the results, she was rude and offered me a loyalty card and a free pedicure next time. She never offered to fix the bad manicure that I received. I gave her back the card. I knew that I would not be back.

I have been to Charms twice now and it is now my new go to place to get my nails done. All of the ladies are so friendly. Both times I have had my infant son with me and they glad take him and watch after him while I have my nails done. My mani/​pedi have turned out great each time and last forever! I highly recommend this salon.

I enjoyed my experience at Charms. The girls were so friendly that I hugged them as I was leaving. Luan was delightful at the front desk. Tiffany and Connie were lovely as well.

Came in here for the first time today. From what the lady at the front told me its under new management and has been open for two weeks. Don’t know previous salon name. My sister had come in earlier today and said she received this new nail technique called SNS powder. She said she had no acrylic on her hands, so immediately went in. I am in love with the new powder; it takes half the time as gel. No shaving of your nails or long waiting time to let gel dry. I also got a pedicure and my favorite my part of my trip was the warm lotion applied to my legs and foot rub with a hot stone. It was relaxing. I will be back again.

New remodeling looks amazing so far! All of the staff is very welcoming. Ask for Tiffany if you want really nice gel nails and manicure! Will be back again soon!
