Golden State Water Company-San Dimas CSA

I would give them a 0 if I could. I was out of town and got back on February 15^th. I open up a bill from them and it says I owe for February and March and to pay the amount by March 1^st so I thought I had plenty of time. I thought my fiancé paid February bill because I went out of town. So I was going to go down and pay the bill on my day off which was the 18^th. On the 17^th I go to get into the shower before I went to a very important meeting for work and my water was turned off. No shut off notice! No knock on the door! They shut off the water right before I got in the shower and left a notice on the door with out a courtesy knock on the door. Needless to say I called and paid it over the phone. It was not because I didn’t have the money obviously. Had to go to my meeting without a shower. So I open the bill for April payment and they charge me a reconnection fee without sending me a shut off notice. All I got was a bill stating it was ok to pay the full amount on March 1^st. I have really good credit because I pay my bills. This water company is the worst company I have ever delt with and I’m 55 years old. If I could change to another company I would. Unfortunately I’m stuck with this terrible company.

If you have to pay your water bill at least the people at this office and SanDimas are generally speaking very kind, and professional. The place is very tiny but they get you in and out so quickly that you don’t mind you’re in a lobby about the size of the walk-​in closet.
